Am I missing something because the link is sending me to the lego home page?

    • Vicki Kunnen

I clicked on the “Because Cheaper is Better” blog and got it from there because I was having the same problem. I just signed up for one for my grandson.

  2. Cally

We signed up for this when you posted it previously, and we just got our first issue about a week or two ago. My son LOVES this! I didn’t tell him it was coming in so it was a huge surprise. He is 10 years old and a HUGE Lego fan! It had comics a poster and other fun Lego things in the magazine. A great freebie for any Lego fan! Thanks for posting!! 🙂

  3. Kammie

My son also gets this and LOVES it!! He always takes it right to his room to build whatever stuff he sees in it.

  4. sbattaglia77

Thanks for that post, my little guy will be SOOOO excited!!

My son loves this magazine! My daughter gets sad when this comes because she doesn’t get anything in the mail. Is there a girl (age 8) freebie magazine out there?

    • susanna

Go to the american girl baby doll website they give out free catalogs My daughter loves to look at the baby dolls but they are super expensive.

    • CathyBB

American Girl is a great catalog for little girls to look at and dream. My daughter loves the Lego one too, though, and it’s not ALL “boy.”

  6. Felicia

My boys (8 & 10) LOVE this magazine!

  7. Amanda

My son is 9 and has been getting this for months. He loves it! He uses it for bathroom reading and when he gets it he sits in the bathroom for hours. It’s funny because my husband will come home and say where’s he at and I say in the bathroom and my husband will say Lego magazine must had come in today.

Just got this for my son…hope he likes it.. : )

My son loves Legos and loves this magazine. His birthday is this week and it’s a lego theme. We are going to get all of the kids information and sign them up at the party. We also used some of the old magazines to cut out fun images/pages and laminated them for party decorations.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I love the idea of signing all the kids up for this! My son wanted to have Lego themed party last year and I had a really hard time coming up with ideas that weren’t expensive!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

A friend of mine went into the Lego store and they gave her copies of the magazine to include in the goody bag.

I signed my son up for this last year and he LOVES getting his freebie mag. We just got the most recent issue and he was all over it. He read it cover to cover and can’t wait to put up the poster on his wall. Now my daughter wants to get something in the mail too. Any ideas on a freebie magazine for a tween?

    • Rana

My 10 year old daughter loves the American Girl catalog and Justice catalogs. She also really likes the teen magazines which my mom picks up for free from our local library. Hope any of these ideas help.

  11. Shannon

THANK YOU SO MUCH! My son is going to LOVE this!!!!

  12. Sarah B

Thanks! My boys just got 1000 piece lego set for Christmas from Grandma. I wasn’t going to sign up, but when I saw the comment about the boy getting “mail” I signed my boys up! They always ask if there is anything for them since I seem to get so much (freebies & great deals!!- I could do without the bills mail!)

  13. Daisy

Ladies just an idea after the kids are done reading the magazine save it and wrap small gifts with the pages.I did that at christmas time and it was too cute and also gave him a clue to what was inside.

  25. Sarra

My husband just made our kids a HUGE Lego table for Christmas! I can’t wait for them to get this and try out some new things!

  26. CathyBB

This is so much fun, but just FYI for first-timers, it took almost two months for our first issue to arrive when we signed up. I recommend not telling your kids it’s coming until it shows! =)

    • emaline

      thanks for the heads up!

  27. Stacey Williams

My boys are going to LOVE this! Thank you!

  28. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

My older son gets the regular one and my younger son gets the Jr. one. When they come in the mail, I stash them away and they only get to look at them on vacations! They look forward to vacations even more because they know they get to look at their Lego magazines! They spend HOURS looking at them and making lists of all the stuff they want and have and it gives us many hours of peace and quiet in the car or on the airplane! 🙂

  29. Kim

Thanks! My son loves LEGO…and soon my daughter will love it too as right now she plays with MEGABLOKS since she is too small to play with the regular size LEGO. I can’t wait for it to start arriving.

  30. Jessica

I still haven’t gotten mine from last time… hope it comes soon!

  31. Kandi V

My 7yr old son lives by this magazine and the Lego catalog! He looks at them until the pages become unstapled, and then he puts them in a folder. 🙂 We recently attended the Lego Kidsfest and he went to a special Club member meeting-it was super cool. Just be aware that you do have to renew your subscription every two years for both the older and younger Lego magazines.

  32. Emily

My son is almost 10 and has been receiving this magazine for awhile. He loves seeing it come in the mail!!!! I also like to read it with him. I find it amusing to look at the comics with the Lego characters. Legos are the best and hold lots of room for using the imagination!

  33. Valerie

If there are any teachers out there, this makes great reading material for kids when they have some free time. I teach 8th grade and the boys like to snatch it up and read it whenever they get a chance.

  34. marybeltowski

My daughter just got hers and she is sooo excited! It took longer than 4-6 weeks to get it though, more like 8-10, but it is well worth the wait! Thank you H2S for the link!
