I got 2 Extra Super Lash Mascara $2.24 each, used both $2 manufacturer coupons and $2 target coupons. Got $3.52 overage. I also picked up 2 GE Reveal $2 each and used $1 manufacturer coupons and $1.50 target coupons. Got $1 overage. Nice shopping day!!!
Spicy brown mustard is on a price cut for .95! then take off the .75 coupon……20 cents is a great deal!
I’m looking for a little advice as a new couponer. It sounds like the inserts in the Sunday papers have some excellent coupons but since I’ve never subscribed before I am wondering if I need to subscribe to a certain newspaper or if the inserts from places like SS and PG are in all Sunday papers nationally. I live on the seacoast in New Hampshire if that helps. Thanks in advance for the tips.
most inserts are in all papers but some are regional and value of some coupons can be regional. There are some good coupon clipping sites where you can buy coupons and I have had luck buying whole inserts off ebay.
I’ve heard that, generally, the bigger newspapers for the bigger metros have high value coupons than the more local papers.
I live on the West coast, so this may not help, but I figured it couldn’t hurt to mention it! I have found that on Saturdays there is an early edition big city paper that comes out with better/more coupons than my local Sunday paper… I pick up a few every Saturday at Dollar Tree, which makes it even cheaper than my local paper!

In my area we do not get great coupons and a friend subscribed to a large metro Sunday paper a couple hours away. After getting the first few papers she found out that they DO NOT send coupons/ inserts with the mailed subscriptions. You might want to ask if you do want to get a subscription. hth
I too live on the seacoast of NH and I buy the Foster’s Sunday paper for the coupons. While we don’t get some of the great coupons that other areas get, there are still good coupons to use. I am pretty sure that the Portsmouth Herald, Fosters, and Union Leader all get the same coupon inserts. I am pretty sure there are no coupons in our SAturday papers, just Sunday. Hope that helps! Just make sure you buy the higher market paper in your area, they carry higher value coupons sometimes. For example I am in CA, my Press Enterprise did not have the $2.25 Electrasol q a few weeks ago, but the LA times did. Well worth a few cents more a week on my subscription!

We only have one home computer are there any tricks to printing mutiple target coupons. It stinks that u can only print i coupon per computer. 🙁

I have two computers but really only print from one (I don’t need a ton of stuff sitting around the house) but I have always been able to print 2 Target coupons from just the one computer if I want to.
Bee, of course you “don’t need a ton of stuff sitting around the house”. First, take care of the family needs with a small stock to tide you over to the next sale. Second, consider donating some of the extra of stuff that is not a family favorite. Before a recent donation (of many different items) our toothpaste collection hit about 80 tubes. My wife said she wanted all 5 of the Aquafresh but the Crest & Colgate are donations. Yes, it’s a hassle to manuver around the stockpile before the trip to your favorite charity, but the “thank you” from the staff makes it worth it. Our Salvation Army had not had a deodorant donation in over a year. Of course there’s NEVER a deal on free deodorant, right?

Windex wipes are on clearance not only at my local Target store but also at my local Meijer store, as well. Looks like they’re being discontinued. They are $2.20 at my Target so I used my 2 Target coupons and my 55 cents off MQs and got them for about $1.15 each. I got the ones at my Meijer store for half off ($1.34 each).
I buy these so my sons can clean their bathroom mirror and our powder room mirror without having to spray. I have 8 tubs now and that should last me a while! lol

God, NO, do not make copies!!!! This is FRAUD.
Each printable coupon has a unique code in the upper right corner. You cannot copy printable coupons…stores will stop accepting them if couponers try to cheat the system by making photocopies. You can always join a coupon train to get additional coupons you are searching for.

Woo Hoo! Tonight I found some Shaun White boys sneakers on clearance for $13.98…was thinking of getting some for my 6 & 5 yr old sons who are wearing size 12 & 13 toddler BUT I found some big boys size 6 & wouldn’t you know they fit my womens size 8 foot! So I used my $5 off Target printable q and got a pair of sneakers for myself for only $8.98 AND then I saw a pair of Boys size 6 black Champion sneakers on clearance for $5.48! Snatched those up too! Not bad to get myself 2 pairs of sneakers for under $15 😉
I went to Target today and found 700 thread count sheet sets on clearance for $30 originally $60. I was excited because we needed new sheets!

Just an FYI…. If you have a Best Buy store nearby you can get a pretty good deal on the H & R Block tax software. It is on sale for 34.99 down from 44.99, and if you buy it you get a 16$ gift card. It is the deluxe version(Free efile, and state included).
Why do the Target deals always take up so much space, but the Rite Aid, CVS, etc only have a few then you have to click to see them all? Just curious if anyone else noticed that? I think I am just jealous because the nearest Target is 45 minutes away. 😉

Has anyone done the Target Debit Card? It says it links right to your checking account and you can save 5% on every trip. Has anyone done this and is it worth it? Thanks!
I jsut went to Target yesterday and signed up for it! I bought the diapers that were on sale with the gift card, used coupons, bought baby food that was on sale at another store and Target price matched those. I also had them price match baby wipes at B1G1 50% off. Then on top of the price matches, I had a stack of coupons and THEN she tells me about the 5% back that comes right out of your account. I signed right up. Happier than a bug in a rug. But then it asked me for a pin when we went to pay but when I just set it up 2 minutes prior, it didnt prompt me for a pin. So we called CS, they couldnt give me the supposed pin (they said sometimes the screen bypases the pin page and thats why I didnt have one). She couldnt give me my pin over the phone so I couldnt use the card that day. Now I have to wait for the card and the pin. I was so frustrated but then realized its not a big deal (even though I was there forever and my twins were at grandma’s waiting for me to come back and take them home to eat lunch)! So yes, I applied and so stoked to start getting 5% back. We also exchanged in some diapers that we didnt use and got a gift card that I applied to the other diapers. It was win win all around that day.
I’m a little confused….they told you you would get 5% back in your checking account???? If so she told you wrong!!! The 5% comes off your total purchase at the store, it will show on your receipt.
I have had one for months and yes it is worth it. It just comes right out of your checking account like a regular debit card. And the 5% savings is nice!! The only thing I have noticed different than my regular debit card is when I use the bank issued one the money is withdrawn immediately whereas the Target debit card takes a few days to show on my account.
The GE Reveal light bulbs (regular, not “long-lasting”) 4-packs were on sale for $2.00! So, with the $1.00/1 from the 1/9 SS combined with the $1.50/1 Target printable, you’re looking at $.50 in overage on each. Yes, both scanned, no beeps, got the overage
YAY!! Got the GE Reveal overagex3 (1.50) & no beeps. Made my total out of pocket for a goodie bag only 0.08!!!! Now if I only had more Reveal coupons!

I just got back from Target and they had Pullups for 8.99 and when you buy 3, you get a $5 gift card back. I was able to use some of my coupons and get a pretty good deal. Since we aren’t going through them that quickly, I got 2 in the current size and one package in the next size up.

My coupons for the Frenchs Spicy Brown were $1.00/1 and they were marked down to .92 so I got four for free, no overage but a outstanding deal!
I was so ready for a great day at Target. had the day off of work, had read all the great deals people were getting on clearance here on your site, headed to the store, (which is 25 minutes away) only to learn they are remodeling and half the store inventory was sitting in trailers out in the parking lot!!! Oh it just ruined me whole mind set for the shopping day. On a bright note I did get a free Rimmel eyeshadow trio that was on clearance for $1.98 using the target $2 coupon. Once small glimmering beam of lite in my Target trip.

Went to Krogers today and they have Hunt’s tomatoes $.49 a can. I bought 36 and use 12 $.45 off 3 coupons which doubled making them $.90 coupons. So my tomatoes were $17.64 minus $10.80 in coupons. They ended up at $6.84 which is $.19 a can!!!!!
You can also use the $1.00 / 3 coupon from All You Magazine, January addition and it makes the deal even sweeter.
The GE Reveal light bulbs 4 pack is on sale at my store in D’Iberville, MS for $2!!! If you have both coupons that makes them a money maker!!!!!
Yesterday when I paid for my son’s prescription a coupon printed out for a free 8×8 photo book. I live in Southern Utah.
i went today. got the light bulbs (not long lasting, just regular, 40 watt) they were 2.00 for the 4 pk, and there were only 2 left on the shelf, I used the 1.50/1 (two of them, but i didn’t have the 1.00/1). 50 cents for a 4 pk!
got 4 things of makeup (a 3-set of eye shadow, a single color, eye liner, and one mascara) for a total of 2.01
they had gerber sleeper gowns down to 2.48 (the thick two packs) so i bought 2 and got two 1.00/1 coupons from gerber’s website, making them 1.48 for a 2 pk!
I also stacked the 3.00 off glad force flex (manuf) with the 1.50/1 Febreeze glad bags. ( i got the force flex with febreeze, and was able to get two packs, 42 in each for 3.00 each.
overall, a very good trip! but the rimmel makeup was basically cleared out.
Had a $1/2 Spic & Span (any product & size) in my SS1/23. Our Target in the Denver area has Spic & Span Kitchen Gloves in the $1 Spot. Got two sets of gloves for cleaning around the house for 0.50 each!

My question is this – I have a BOGO MQ in addition to the B5G1 MQ and B3G1 TQ – will I be able to also use the BOGO? Does the B5G1 coupon apply to the “free” one so you can still use coupons on the other not free ones or do they get “used up” by the coupon? I know the store & MQ can be stacked, so I guess I’m asking about the two MQs I have (BOGO + B5G1). Or is it as simple as buying 7 so it works out? I’m still trying to decifer some of this couponing business…. 😉
I would think that you would have to buy 2 more to use both MF coupons.
2 of my 3 shopping experiences have turned out some sweet deals. However, putting up with the cashiers makes it “Totally NOT Target” for me. On one of the trips I had a cashier actually stop the entire checking process and pull apart, frantically separate ALL of my coupons!! She then asked to see the items that were already bagged only to continue to ramble about something that I wasn’t allowed to do that?! (Or something, I honestly didn’t even want to listen to a word that say had to say anymore.) I asked why not, after all they were all Mq’s what could be the problem. She got this blank look on her face, and FINALLY proceeded to apply the q’s w/o beepage! When I got home she even “cheated” me out of my B1G1.
Then, when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, I had the worst trip to Target yesterday. The cashier was already asking me if I had q’s before I was finished placing my items on the band. (WOW! really?) She read E-V-E-R-Y single q, asked to see the item and then regretfully scanned it. There was no beepage, but still she continued to do this for about 12 items b4 she came to the $1/1 Mq Tide detergent – I purchased for $0.97. She refused to do anything, asked for assistance – she didn’t know either, the manager came and told her to just do it, after all did it beep…NO, she hadn’t even scanned it. She was told to scan it, and then protested that the item was only $0.97. OMg. She proceeded with 2 or 3 more (just as she started) when she suddenly froze and asked for assistance – she just wasn’t comfortable with my transaction. The manager came and scanned ALL the Mq’s and began with the Tq’s when the 1st cashier started complaining that she already got money for that item! She had a complete fit (seriously) when she saw that I was about to receive a second free item while I had only purchased 1 item and used Mq’s already and got something free. The manager didn’t even want to deal with her anymore either. Well, we were almost near the end when the original cashier reached down and took the last Tq AWAY…Hello? Fortunately, the manager asked her to put it back as she wasn’t finished with it yet.
So with probably the longest story ever (I am sorry for that, but I had to share my experience b/c I am rather new to all of this myself. However, no matter how sweet a deal may be, nothing is worth going through that humiliation.) Who do these ppl think they are? The Q Police?! Where do they find them anyway?
I feel for you. These “Coupon Nazis” act like it is their own money! What they don’t understand is that these stores have huge marketing departments creating these deals, and they WANT us to use them! The store actually makes an 8 cent profit on each MQ!
haha – I know! Would you like to hear about the drama I had at Walmart -lol!! At least they admitted to the problem, removed the cashier AND gave me a $10 gift card.
(I promise, I really am a nice person – I don’t go “looking” for problems; I’d much rather get in and get out w/o “being seen.”

I spent a bunch of time preparing for my trip to Target to \day and was disappointed when I got there. Apparently, the prices at my Target are more exspensive than those listed here. Anyone else notice this?? I did get a few good deals, but did not get lots of things I went for.
Yes, this has happened to me before. I now know to just let it roll of my shoulders. The deals should eventually roll around to your store. Just remain patient.
