Just wanted to give all of you a heads-up that there is a PediaSure/PediaSure Sidekicks Try Me Free Rebate that starts tomorrow, January 23rd. In addition, there is a $3/1 coupon found here (scroll down to bottom and sign up for newsletter) that will make your out of pocket expense even less! I included this rebate and coupon in the CVS weekly deals for next week but wanted to highlight the rebate in its own post since many of you do not have a CVS nearby.
Here are all the details…

* Fill out the rebate form found here and click “Confirm.”
* Print the completed rebate form.
* Include your original, dated cash register receipt with the PediaSure or PediaSure SideKicks purchase price circled.
* Write the UPC number on the receipt.
* Mail Completed Rebate Form and Receipt to: Inmar Rebate Center, Attn: PediaSure Mail-In Rebate Offer Program #: PEDIA11, P.O. BOX 426022, Del Rio, TX 78842-6022

Cash, check, or credit card must be used in transaction (I am assuming this means that you CANNOT pay for the product with ECBs, Register Rewards, or +UP rewards?) Allow 6 to 8 weeks for receipt of refund. Limited to purchase and reimbursement requests made within the continental United States and Hawaii. Purchases must be made between 1/23/11 and 3/6/11. (You should get $9.99 back)
Final cost FREE + a $3 Moneymaker!
(Thanks, Mr. Cheap!)
And I just played coupon fairy leaving 3 $3+ off coupons on the grocery store shelf! Hope someone else gets the luck of the deal.
I signed up for the newsletter 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my $3 coupon!! Sad ๐
I just signed up and don’t have mine yet either. I am thinking of trying with another address since I really need it tomorrow!
I thought I was the only one who didn’t get their coupon yet? I am getting a little frustrated because I was really anxious to try it on my 7 yr old son!
Well if I can’t use rewards to pay for it I don’t need it.lol
I hope alot of other rebates don’t start that.
I would assume that means you can’t pay for it with food stamps
It states on the rebate that you need to pay with cash/check/credit card.
I don’t know why companies are doing this now. Why does it bother them if we use ECBS?! ๐
Where does it state you cant use ECBs??
Whats even better is that my Target has strawberry Pediasure on clearance for $2.54 and it’s giving out coupons for pediasure after you buy it! I didn’t have the Pediasure coupon to use but still an awesome Deal!
Wow, great deal, my son only likes the strawberry flavor, thanks for posting, I’ll check it out, especially since I never got the coupon from the newsletter.
The online rebate form says minimum purchase requirement of $6.47.
can someone please tell me when sony staycation starts again.
CMS is a pain in the neck! Be sure to keep copies of everything!
I disagree. CMS rebate center is the best. I love how easy it is to track your rebates and the CSR are so easy to deal with! It is a pleasure!
Any idea if I can do this rebate – I seem to remember doing it a LONG time ago (probably more than two years). What do you think?
I don’t see why not. This is a different promo.
There is a $2 coupon in the 12/5 SS
I think rite aid has a single check rebate too for any pediasure … That’s a deal for free and get money back lol
The SCR ends today 1/22 and the rebate starts tomorrow 1/23. There is not a SCR on the pediasure for Feb. ๐
Hopefully there will be up rewards for it! ๐
I signed up for the $3 off Pediasure and it said it would be coming in my email soon; it has been five hours; I wanted to get some today. Looks like I won’t be holding my breath for this coupon!!
You can’t buy it until tomorrow if you wanted to use the rebate- just a heads up!
Signed up yesterday and still nothing! Whatta joke.
I went back on the website because I still haven’t received my coupon, and when I tried to log in, I had to sign up again. So…not sure what’s going on. I do have the $2 coupon from the newspaper insert, so I’ll just use that and take a $1 less money maker.
I just remembered that I have a check from rite Aid which can be used as a form of payment . I’m not sure how it shows up on the receipt and hopefully this company won’t hold it against me. Now I hope that Rite Aid will have a sale before this rebate ends. ๐
You can cash the check at your bank first, and then use the cash to shop at Rite Aid. HTH!
I’ve got 5 of these rebates that I won’t need from the paper. Anyone interested in using them? Feel free to email me at elsamgreer at gmail.com and I’ll mail them off first thing Monday morning.
I signed up for this early today and it stated that I would receive my coupon via email soon. What do they consider soon? Do you think I will get it?
I can’t get the link to work to take me to the newsletter. Is there another way to get there?
Considering on how everyone who signed up has NOT received the coupon, if someone does get it, could the link be shared?
Hooray! I buy this stuff for my son (the chicken nugget/macaroni and cheese boy) on a regular basis and it gets expensive. Yay for free! Thanks Collin!
I got a $3.50 coupon from Walgreens catalina. Anyone know how much it is there?
I think it was around $13.. so far the cheapest I have found is Walmart for 9 something… haven’t checked target recently
Walgreens shelf tag said 11.49 less 1.00 in store coupon. Not sure where the in store coupon is.
in the walgreens coupon book at the store
At my Target today they had the 4 pack Side Kicks for $6.99 and they qualify for the rebate.
I quit waiting for my $3 coupon and used a $2 coupon from a previous insert (sorry, don’t remember which one). My CVS had the 4 pack sidekicks on sale fo $6.49, so I bought them to pay less out of pocket. I’m happy with the $2 money maker! Please note the rebate form says you must pay a minimum of $6.47 to receive this rebate…don’t buy anything less than this price or you won’t get the rebate.
But the rebate doesn’t start til tomorrow 1/23. You might want to return them and buy them again so that you can get the rebate.
I just went to drugereport.com and the top banner was a coupon for $1.50 off Pediasure. When it printed it was for $3!
I still had a $5 off one from one of the sunday papers and then went to walgreens they had it for 12.49 plus a $1 walgreens coupon. Then I am mailing in the rebate which I figure I should get the whole 12.49 back which makes this a $6money maker for me!!
It seems like a lot of rebates say they will refund price after coupons. Has anyone checked with the company on this one? I don’t plan to do it and waste a stamp if I’m not going to make money on it. ๐
“Cash, check or credit card must be used in the transaction”. So, technically, we could hand over a penny and we used cash! Wonder if that would count. What’s the deal with this?
Well, I emailed them and they will take 3-5 business days to respond.
It sounds like we will only be reimbursed whatever amount is paid by cash, check, or credit card. So, if we use coupons, rr, ups, ecbs that will lower the rebate.
Here’s the response I got:
“Dear Consumer,
You can use your other methods of payment besides cash, check, or credit card, but it still has to comply with the other rebate guidelines listed on the rebate form.
โRebate offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Maximum value not to exceed $13.99 (tax excluded). Minimum purchase requirement of $6.47 on PediaSure or PediaSure Sidekicks to be validโ.
If using CVS Extra Bucks, Walgreens Register Rewards, or Rite Aid UPS lowers your price of PediaSure or PediaSure Sidekicks below $6.47, then you cannot receive the rebate. If using the same other form of payment lowers your price, but is still above the minimum purchase price requirement, then you will be reimbursed back the amount that you pay after the special discounts or other form of payments are applied. Example โ If the price is originally $13.99, but your CVS Extra Bucks, Walgreens Register Rewards, or Rite Aid UPS lowers your price to $10.99, your check will only be for $10.99.
I hope that answers your question”
I printed the $3.00 coupon from here. The first hyperlink didn’t work for me, but the second (long one) did.

Thanks, that worked for me too!!
Thanks Did it, my daughter loves the strawberry shakes
I got a $5 off catalina coupon from Kroger! Im not sure what triggered it, but they are on sale for $6.49! I grabbed a 4pk of chocolate for my 5yo it only costed $1.49oop so this will be a $5MM for me! ๐
you will not get them back, read fine print “minimum purchase”
I FINALLY got the $3 off coupon in my email this evening. It took long enough, but I haven’t printed it yet.
I was going to purchase this at PickNSave, NOT use any coupons on PediaSure. I was wanting the purchase price of Pediasure to get me up to the requirements for PickNSave’s double coupon day (only doubles 5 coupons), spend $25 first.
If I don’t use coupons for the Pediasure but there are other coupons showing on my sales slip, will they know none of the coupons were for Pediasure? Can they determine that some how?
I’d hate for my full price NOT to refunded, when I didn’t even use coupons for Pediasure.
It may be a little late to post this now… but I got my rebate today for this, and I had purchased this at CVS in January. My full price was refunded and I not only had a coupon for this item, but also for other items. Hope this helps!
What was your net out of pocket after ECB’s and coupons? Did you get more than that back?
I think I had a $2 coupon, so I paid $7.99, but received a $9.99 check from Pediasure. Usually those rebates apply to the price before coupons. Money maker! ๐
