update: just did this a few hours ago and it was no problem at all. Im buying the product, I can use the coupons before or after the purchase. Just like sometimes when you open a drink or eat a snack (that you get at the store) while shopping and then pay for the wrapper…..

I did that yesterday! What is wrong is to take the coupons and not buy the package. My Target only had 2 packs marked with the $30 in coupons, and one had been ripped open and robbed of the coupons! That is stealing to me.

I did this deal twice already but just a warning it seems as though the targets don’t carry many of the charmin sensitive in stock. I had to go to two targets to score 4 packs and I was just lucky they had them.

Ok i cant find the coupons on certain sites like SS and RP she puts on there find in SS from 3/20 does that mean that coupon was only posted on that day?

Samantha when the abreviation is 2/20 SS it means that it was in the Sunday newspaper SmartSource from 2/20 if it is an online coupon there would be a link to print it. HTH =)

Keep in mind, if you don’t want a ton of toilet paper.. or don’t have enough coupons.. you can mix and match. I bought 1 olay lotion and 1 pack toilet paper (plus a few other things that I had to pay tax on) and it was around $11 after coupons.. then $5 gc back so $6 for TP and Lotion.. not too shabby. ALSO for those who get the RP in the mail.. there are some new Target Charmin Coupons!! $1 off Any, $2.50 off tp and moist wipes, $1/1 6pk bounty and $2/Both Bounty 1 6pk paper towels and 1 napkins. thanks to the other readers I bought the last two sensitive TP’s at target tonight and I took out the $2/1 coupons for both of them—i spent 1/2 hour looking for coupons and couldn’t find any so I figured since I was purchasing them anyhow I might as well… so after the gift card it was 38 rolls for $11 plus tax.

You can also receive $30 worth of coupons when you buy certain Pampers diapers. I just came back from Target and to my dismay the diapers I bought (sizes 2 and 4) did not have the special $30 coupon deal written on the box. Super bummed…..

I was definitely really excited by the deal, but realized that even after the coupons I had and taking into account the $5 gift card, the Target brand toilet paper was cheaper per square foot. I had a coupon for that, too, so it was even cheaper!

Forgive me if this was already mentioned but the 4/3 coupon is in the P&G not in the SS as posted.

First Trans:
2 Charmin, used 2 $2 Target coupons and 2 $0.25 manu coupons.
Paid $16.25 after tax and got a $5 giftcard.
Second trans:
2 Charmin, used 2 $2 Target coupons and 2 $2 manu coupons from inside the Charmin above
Used $5 Target giftcard from trans 1
Paid $7.75 OOP and received a $5 giftcard
Total OOP = $24 plus I have a $5 gitcard= $19 for 72 rolls
After next trans will be $26.75 for 108 rolls= $0.25 a double roll
Plus I have a lot of other high value coupons to use later.

went to and called colectivly 6 targets. NONE of them carry this TP. The district mgr said they havent carried it in several months. seems so stupid to me for them to kick out a coupon on an item they dont carry. you guys got lucky for sure.
