Here are a few current deals (as of 8/17) that you may be able to snag at Walmart!  Keep in mind that prices DO vary by region and from store to store, so you may not be able to get these exact prices in your location.

In late June, Walmart announced that participating Murphy USA and Walmart gas stations are offering up a 90-day price rollback on gasoline through September 30th!  You will receive a $0.10 discount per gallon of gas whenever you pay with a reloadable Walmart gift card, reloadable Walmart MoneyCard or Walmart credit card.  Go here for more details and to see a list of participating stores.

If you live in the following areas, you may be excited to hear that your local Walmart may be offering Doubling Coupon Days!  Be sure to call your local store in this area to confirm participation in this promotion.  If you live in a region besides one of the following locations and your Walmart is currently offering Double Coupon Days, please let us know!

*Madison, Ohio
*Charleston, West Virginia
*Utah County, Utah ( 7 Walmarts are doubling)
*Huntington, West Virginia
*Wayne, West Virginia
*Provo, Utah
*Boise, Idaho
*Charleston, South Carolina
*Tucson, AZ

Also, it appears that these are the tentative guidelines…

1. They are doubling all manufacturer’s coupons up to $0.99. That means a $0.75 off coupon is worth $1.50!
2. You must present each coupon with the item you are buying as they are doubling manually and must adjust the individual item, they cannot adjust the total
3. Limits are as stated on the coupon (no limit stated means no limit)

I live in Western KY and I don’t believe our Wal-Marts are doubling (hardly any stores do)…but as to the comments about rude cashiers, I am finding this applies to the other retailers in my area. Went to Walgreens yesterday and had a horrible experience with a rude manager. I think extreme couponers are wreaking havoc for those of us who simply want to use a few coupons on products that we normally buy. Seems coupon crack-down is happening in my area, even when following the coupon specifications.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I find that the customers behind me in line are worse than the cashiers. I had one that said he was tired of camping out in Walmart while waiting on someone who just wants to save some money. Rude!

    • Tera

Jamie, I live in Western KY also, and I agree with you 100%. The “new” couponers are giving us a bad name!!!

  2. natasha

    refresh my memory please! 🙂

i have the b1g1 Athenos feta & the $1 off q. can i use them both on 2 at walmart?

    • imakeagoodhat

No can do, doll. I would love it if we could. 🙂

  3. couponsnoopy

I live in Charleston, SC and they did not double my coupons on Monday. 🙁

    • Cheyenne

Glad you said this. I live in Charleston also and I’ll definitely call them before I make my trip out! Sorry this didn’t work for you!! Hopefully they’ll figure it out!

    • Maehing O

The Walmart in Mt. Pleasant is participaing

    • Cheyenne

The walmart on West Ashley Cir is participating just only up to $0.66. This may be why it didn’t appear to have doubled yours.

  4. Linda T.

In Connecticut, the Wal-Marts do not take competitor coupons,or double,or triple. I have however been successful with the $5.00 Ben-Gay coupons without any problems.I just don’t empty the shelves.1-4 at a time. Go back again another time for more.

  5. deyrick112

By any chance does anybody have a picture of the kids Crest toothpaste for $0.97? My store doesn’t seem to have it- the only one I saw was $3.25! I want to know what I should be looking for because my store doesn’t always have prices on the shelf, and sometimes the price there is the wrong price. Thanks guys! Love this site- I have gotten so many great deals thanks to all your hardwork!!! 🙂

    • Gatsby

It’s the travel size one. My Wal-Mart has a HUGE travel item section and I found it there. 🙂 Hope that helps!

      • deyrick112

Thank you so much! I will make sure I look there! 🙂 I appreciate your time!

    • Jackie

It’s in a box on the shelf where the kids toothpast is, took me a minute to fins it too 🙂

    • conniedaigle

i found it in the travel section also…. but it was toothpaste and a toothbrush set…

  6. MCerda

My Q for the advil/thermacare moneymaker says it excludes trial sizes. Are the pocket packs and 2 packs not considered trial size?

    • Angie

The pocket size is not the trial size. I’ve purchased the trial size 2pack before and even have a package in my purse. But I didn’t use the coupon at Walmart. Target has their pocket packs on clearance for $1.37 each so with the coupon is was all free. And they didn’t give me any trouble. So maybe try there. Good luck 🙂

  7. Brooke

I tried to do the Advil pocket pack deal the last round and I was told that it is considered a trial size and that they would not accept a coupon on it. Has anyone else had this issue?

    • Caitlen

Ugh, they just told me the same thing too, and I didn’t feel like arguing with her. But I’m pretty sure the trial sizes are those little foil packs that usually have 2 in them so these pocket pacs should work. I’m gonna try it again, because I couldn’t do the thermacare deal either.

  8. grr

My Advil coupon would not go thru at my Walmart – I had the newspaper coupon but it did not work 🙁 On the plus side, the Johnsonville patties (we love them!) were only 5.49 a box – I had 3 coupons so 6 boxes for 16.47 – great deal! Thanks Collin!!! 🙂

    • Leticia

??? The coupon BEEPed or the cashier was giving a hard time on taking the coupon???.. I want to go get some but my Walmarts are 20 min drive and i just dnt wanna go if the coupon is gonna beep and they gonna make a big deal out of it..What do you guys think?

    • Sassycat

The coupons beep the register if the price is less than the face value of the coupon. But I haven’t had any trouble with cashiers, they just override it. The Advil pocket packs should not be counted as trial size. The deal worked for me last time, it was just hard to find a register that had the Advil display. These websites are so popular and “everybody”s doin’ it.

  9. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I tried the advil pocket packs at 2 walmarts and they wouldn’t accept it. They said I had to buy a “whole” bottle. bummer!

    • Diana

They wouldn’t let me use them on the pocket packs either:(

  10. Shaina

Apparently they worked so well at my walmart that everyone bought them all out! I searched ever aisle and the travel section and they were completely wiped out!

    • Shaina

      The advil copuons I mean

  11. Shayla

Columbus, Ohio is NOT participating in double coupon; however, pleasantly surprised they took my BOGO for the Johnsonville brat burgers, since it was a (1) smartsource coupon and (2) it was for a free item (had issues in the past with both of these at Walmart). I am a bit disappointed at the cost of produce, guess I’ll be going to Aldi’s from now on.

    • Patricia Longjohns

If you have any Korean grocers (H-Mart, Grand Mart, Korean Korner) or something similar. They tend to have FABULOUS prices.

Yesterday, for $1.99, I got a romaine three pack. 🙂

  12. STEPH

I am somewhat new to couponing, (about 2 months now) I always have all my flyers in a folder if the cashier needs them, I have a printed list of what we are buying with the quanity, ounces, , coupons that I have for what I purchase, I make sure the bogof coupons are on the top of the pile and make mention to the cahier and have the items first,I’m trying to make the process easy and fast for everyone, but you still get the people that have issues with having to wait—I try and tell anyone that gets behind me it may take a while I have competitors pricing and coupons and they get upset—Is there any EXTRA suggestions that may help on making the process easier??? I usually just read to the cashier what the prices are and let them know I have the flyers if they need them, (but they don’t even bother with them)

    • Barbara

I’m a cashier at walmart and I also competitor shop. I put the price of pogo coupons on the coupon and just have your competitor price items grouped together either at the end or the beginning of your order, if you have regular price items with your order. If customers don’t want to wait, they may change lines, don’t worry about them. Cashiers have to override the price and change the amount, so it takes alittle longer. Also if you shop at the same store all the time, you get to know what cashiers are faster and try to go in their line.

    • Krismas

My suggestion…ignore the people behind you. Especially the ones that breathe heavy, make nasty comments, roll their eyes…etc. They aren’t paying your bills & you’ll probably never see them again. I typically apologize for their wait, their reaction doesn’t change my decision to save money. As far as price matching goes, although it might not work for you, I make post-its up as part of my list at home then attach it to the item when I put it in my cart (store name & price on it in case I have to reference the ad). This way I won’t overlook or forget when I’m checking out.

  13. Cheyenne

The charleston, SC Walmart is only doubling up to $0.66. Not as high as I’d hope but hey it’s better than nothing! Glad they’re doubling at all! 🙂

  14. kdd4g2

The kotex coupon that I received said 33ct or larger. The ones that are sold for $0.94-0.97 are usually 16-18ct. The coupon won’t work! 🙁

  15. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

The Vienna, WV Walmart is now doubling up to .99
