  FYI, you can save yourself the postage by Googling “Walgreens Infant Care Book” search the ‘image’ results & you will find a number of pdf’s clear enough to print for use/scanning at Wags. My Wags will scan mine or just enters the 4 digit code.

    Is this sample just one or is it for free package? Does anyone know? I sent away for goodnites (pull ups) sample and it turned out to be a coupon for a jumbo package 🙂

  The member ID # is not a required field that you have to type in. You can leave it blank and you should be able to submit the request.
