    I tried to order the bra special from Jill’s Steals and Deals, but the website went to Internal Error and would not let me order. I followed instructions to get technical support, but could not get an answer without having to pay a fee. All I wanted to do was order the bras. Any suggestions?

      Keep refreshing it will go thru, but make sure you copy your order because you will not get an order confirmation.

      Tried to order the Best Bra set, website has error in processing. Tried the phone number and it is inoperable. Very odd. Never ordered obviously.

      I have been trying to order these bra’s on Jill’s Today Special and have not been able to order! I have done this now for over 30 mins. If you don’t want to sell @ this “deal price” don’t advertise it on the program!!!!!

        I AGREE! “Jills steals” are a waste of time and money. I have ordered twice with them. First time: took FOREVER for the order to go through. Second time: order was cancelled but I was never refunded the money on paypal until I called to complain.

        Save yourself the headache, Collin posts better deals all the time anyway!

      try back in like 10 mins. it did that to me and then i went back and did it.

      It will go thru, I put the item I wanted in my shopping cart & then waited an hour & half to go to checkout and got right in. Come on people, the orders have to go thru a server, which can only handle so much volume at a time ~ let’s have a little patience!!

      I’d try again. I just ordered mine since I saw them featured while running on the treadmill at the gym lol. I had no problem —probably because it’s been a couple of hours since the segment aired.

      Enter the promo code “EXACTLY” as it is listed.
      Also relog into the site.
      Be sure the credit card information you are inputting matches the delivery name. (used card w/my husband’s name on it, had to ship it to him)

    Tried to order the peacoat but looked all over to find the coupon code and could not locate. I was also watching the show but did not catch them mentioning the code there. Code needs to be more visible to first time users.

    First time user of the Jill’s Steals and Deals and the first item -Best Bra 3 pack deal, the website is having issues and the phone line for customer service is also not working….huge disappointment! I sent an email to contact me to complete the sale. Let’s see what happens!!

    Just want to order the bras but — received internal error notices many times after completing order info; called phone # listed at 9:55 am and got a message that office doesn’t open until 10; have tried to call from 10 on and phone goes dead after dialing; tried e-mailing and e-mail did not go thru — error message. Also, got notice on my computer that bestbra.com is a site that gets paid by other advertisers to steer people to them. Also got notices from my spyware that the site should not be trusted> HELP!

    I ordered the bracelet with not too much trouble, but can’t get the bra order to go through at all. Keep receiving internal error.

    Sent them an email. I doubt that I will get a response.
    This is a case of ‘sellers remorse’. They regret making the offer, so orders will not go thru and their phone system is down. I predict that these problems will clear up within one hour after the bra offer expires.

    I ordered the bracelet on Jills Steals, had a hard time but finally got through. They said they would send my receipt to my e-mail address but they didn’t.

      I went through the odering phase for the bracelet, took all my info. Said that it got my order and my payment. Have not seen my confirmation in my e-mail? What’s up?

    It took an HOUR of hitting the back button periodically! I’m at work, so I just kept hitting back, then submit order again until it finally worked! I really hope these bras are as awesome as they say. I’m having augmentation surgery so I will need good comfortable bras for awhile! Thanks for posting these awesome finds!

    Got the bras. Got an error message and just waited awhile and tried again. Troubled by the note above that the website cannot be trusted. Would hope that the Today show would not offer these items unless they had confirmed that the seller was legitimate!

    I got in an order for the bras at 1:00 pm. I have purchased from steals and deals before with patience and phone #s. I was pleased with the companies response to the overwhelming number of on line orders. At such savings, I think it is worth the problems

    Finally get through on the phone number only to get a recording that tells me that they cannot take orders over the phone. There was no way to ask questions about fit or support. I am emailing them with my concerns.

    what happened to the beauty products, tried in the am, when ad aired, couldnt get through, continued getting errors, so waited until 6 pm, and they have their products individually for sale, I thought it was a set, Does anyone know what happened to the Kaplan beauty products set that were advertised?
