If you were ready to pull your hair out this morning after taking advantage of the Plum District deal (or maybe you were hesitant to actually snag the deal after reading through the comments), then I have good news! I have been in direct contact with Plum District over the past few hours and they just assured me that all of the issues have been fixed. If you have not yet snagged the Disney Family Fun Magazine offer, here is what you need to do…

* Head over to Plum District and log in/register for an account
* Click on the pink “Make It Mine” button to add a one year subscription of Disney’s Family Fun Magazine to your account
* Enter the promo code 10TODAY to get $10 off
* Enter your shipping information (you should NOT need to enter any credit card info)
* Complete your purchase without spending anything out of pocket!

* If you placed an order this morning and your card was charged incorrectly, you should have already received an email from Plum District. The email stated that Plum District expects to refund the appropriate amount to all affected purchasers within the next 12 hours and will update you as soon as they’ve resolved the issue and corrected your purchase. If you still have concerns, you can send an email to help@plumdistrict.com.

Collin, you rock! I had given up on this earlier but just saw your update and tried again. Success! Thanks for following through on this for all of us.

  • Tiffany says:

I was finally able to purchase it! Was pretty bummed that the Reusies voucher was sold old.. :( Does anyone know how this deal works? Is it a voucher with a code I need to enter to redeem on the Disney Family mag page, or are they just going to start sending the subscription to my address?

  • kelly says:

Ok, am I crazy? I put the code in, my shipping info, but it does not show the promo being applied, so i try again and it says, already applied. I can not get past this screen without entering credit card info. Any ideas?

    • amy says:

I had the same thing happen Kelly. I finally just left it alone for a while and came back later because I couldn’t get past that screen either. Then it finally came up where I could select the “ship to” address and then when it was going through – it came back “server unavailable – or the screen timed out….when it takes sooooo long to process, but I guess it finally went through because I just got an email stating I got it. Be patient and try again, hopefully it will go through for you – I’m sure the site is overloaded right now. good luck.

I must be a big goof ball! I put in my credit card info thinking it would go to another screen to show the discount, but of course it didn’t! I have been trying to contact them through e-mail but 24 hours later….no one contacts me! Does anyone have a telephone number for these people? I was hoping they would apply the promo code for me! Thanks!

  • Julie says:

Got one!!! I love this magazine! Thanks Collin!

  • Liz says:

Thanks Collin! I wasn’t going to try and didn’t want the magazine but used the code for my local deal for FREE which was a lot better than the magazine subscription.

  • Susan says:

My local deal was for 1 Doz, custom cake pops for $13 ($26 value). After the coupon code, was only $3. I save $23 off regular price. YIPPEE!

Worked this time! Thanks for the update!

  • Alison M says:

I just finally got it to work after leaving the site and going back in. Thanks for this awesome deal! I always seem to miss out on the free magazine deals but I love this one and I am glad that I actually got it! Thanks Collin for all that you do!

  • Debbie says:

Will not accept the promo code, “Sorry, this promotion is not available. “

  • donna says:

    dead promo code

  • Cindy says:

Mine will take the promo code but requesting credit card info…Any one else?

  • Lissy7 says:

Same here Cindy, the site keeps asking me for my credit card info

  • Susan C. says:

Be careful. If you put your CC info in it does charge you the $6 even though the screen says zero. I am now trying to get my charge reversed but of course ‘all agents are unavailable’. aaargh

  • Kelly says:

It accepted the promo code and told me my purchase would be $0.00. I clicked “Buy Deal” AFTER I made sure the total said $0.00 and on the next page it said it charged my card $6 for the deal.

    • Meghan says:

I went ahead and purchased this deal tonight after this new post that things were working and I had the same thing happen. I made sure it said $0 and once I clicked buy deal it charged me $6. I even tried to delete my cc info first but couldn’t figure out how to do it. I emailed them and got a request inquiry number so we will see what they say.

    • Susan C. says:

Look very carefully at your CC charges. Not only did Plum District charge me the $6, but when I looked online at my CC transactions they charged me a separate $1.01. I am working with my CC to dispute and put a block on this merchant.

  • Cindy says:

Thanks for your replies Lissy and Susan…

  • Angela says:

I had the same thing happen to me as Kelly. Does anyone have a phonenumber. I did send them an email asking them to reverse my charge.

  • Tamara says:

The site is currently down right now.

  • Debbie says:

Yay! The promo code finally worked! =)

  • Karin says:

    Just worked :) TY Collin

  • Lisa says:

The 10today is not there for me, only a 20% off code. Is there a place to enter the code?

  • Emily Chesnic says:

It would not let me use the code? Did anyone have success today?

    • Brittany says:

It didn’t work for me this morning either. :(
I had just signed up for an account so I got the $5.00 off but I would have rather gotten it for free.

  • candi says:

This deal just worked for me. I put the code in and it said promotion not available so I tried it once more and it accepted it. I didn’t have to put my cc info in either.

This free deal also worked for me yesterday. But do you know if we need a voucher code to order on Disney magazine website or they will just mail it to us automatically? I don’t remember if I needed to fill in my shipping info when I got this deal. Did you fill in your address when you got this deal?

Is anyone having any luck getting ahold of plum district? I emailed them on Tuesday and gave not heard anything. I emailed them again yesterday and today and nothing. I think I am going to have to tell my credit card company that Plum District used my card fraudulently. I am so bummed I purchased this deal I was not going to after all the problems but then it was posted that things had been resolved so I went ahead. This is just a problem I don’t have time to deal with.
