love the price on the shirts, but the shipping is killing me. I have to pass on it due to that.
I ordered 2 shirts for the hubs. Shipping came out to $11.95 and the way I see it I got 2 shirts for less than the regular price of one. These shirts are awesome too and can be washed over and over. My husband currently owns 1 Chaps shirt and it’s definitly his favorite. I figure I can’t go wrong with this deal.
Energizer iPhone cases are regularly $100? Seriously? Otterboxes are $50 regularly, and you can find always find sales.

I agree with Jess & Kimberly, the shipping on these deals is a bit much, and I’m not that impressed with the savings. A good local sale will get you a comparable price.
You can get Chaps brand shirts at this price at Kohls if you have a charge card there all the time. I haven’t been that impressed with “Jill’s Deals and Steals” for the past few months. The one item I did order, I regretted-was cheap quality in my opinion.

I ordered mine on the 25th of Oct. Still have not received the case. It has been charged to my acct. Called the phone # says mail box is full. Starting to worry I won’t be getting one.

My account was charged as well and yes i leaped before i checked. this charger case can be bought at a cheaper price and less shipping. oh well so much for the steals and deals..at this point, not a steal and not a deal
I ordered the charging case on October 25th. On Nov. 3rd I received an email saying it was getting ready to ship and that I should get it in 10 business days but have not gotten it yet. I sent an email by pressing the reply to the emails I received and got a form letter answer back. There is no contact info. I am beginning to think this is a rip off. Going to contact the Today show.
Those energizer cases are always on sale. Don’t sweat notngetting one. They are $32 on Amazon and cheaper at several other sites.
Target has the energizer cases on clearance for $10. I almost picked one up but I like changing out my case to much.
That same exact iPhone case is on Newegg.com for $27.99 with free shipping. The reviews don’t suggest buying it though. Just an FYI.
The Votre Vu is a STEAL. Even with a discount the brand ambassador’s get, you still save over 50 bucks. Great, great deal..
I clicked through to the Today Show website and saw a great deal on some beautiful horoscope bracelets. I bought 3 — Christmas presents, yay!
I ordered 2 of the Energizer iPhone 4s cases from this show and received a receipt from LA Electronics Distribution. Shipping was not cheap, but I figured that even so, I was ahead of the game. I thought. I have not received any notification of these items being shipped, and when I look for the address of the merchant to check on the items, I can find no such business anywhere in the world. Hmmmm…. think I was ripped off? I tried contacting someone, anyone, from the Today show, but it seems that it’s not their responsibility to check. Sad statement considering that you are told at the top of the segment that you must move quickly since many of these items are in limited quantities.
I ordered the Energizer iPhone case also and ditto I have not received a shipping notice and this purchase leads back to the Today Show. Are they promoting scam artists on their show? I am taking this to the Today Show Promoters and find out what’s going on here. I am giving them the 2 weeks to send out the merchandise and then WHAM them.
I sent an email to info@todayshow-energizer.com giving them until Friday to let me know the status of my purchase since I paid for it 7 days ago. I also let them know I will turn this over to the state attorney general’s office if the Friday deadline passes without an update.
I too ordered the iphone Energizer case and have not received it. This morning I sent an email to info@todayshow-energizer.com, hopefully they will help. But I’m not holding my breath! I am going to contact the my credit card company (the one I used to purchase the item) and see if they have a phone number attached to the transaction, usually charges have some kind of contact information attached to the charge. Let me know ladies if you get any resolution on this matter. I will keep you posted.

I too contacted the Today Show and they sent me a generic auto reply, which didn’t help. I decided to get in connect with the firm that manages Jill Martin and they actually got got back to me! They said they are on it and looking into the matter! Keeping my fingers crossed, so glad someone got back to me. It seems that their are still descent and honest people in the world! 🙂 Thank God!

I was told that also days ago…… When you call that number you get a mailbox leave a message no one calls back. It’s fraud! No valid company operates this way even if they are slammed.

Oh no! I also ordered 2 iPhone cases, I called energizer comp they said they don’t have anything to do with the today show deal. Which is weird cuz when i click on the link for the deal it took me to the energizer website. I kept telling myself, I got it on the today show!!! I should not be worried… But I also tried looking up LA electronics and there is no such company…… This is such a shame. Angelica

I too ordered the iphone case on the day it was aired on the today show. I was charged for it on 10/27/11 on my card. It is now 11/6/11 and I still have not received a receipt or the case. There is a phone number on my bank statement, it is 310-497-5708. I will be giving them a call today. I’ll give an update when I talk to someone.

I did e-mail the today show info@todayshow-energizer.com, I received a message from them that they thanked me for my intererst in Energizer as seen the the Today Show. Then about an hour later I received another e-mail from the today show with a shipping tracking number. I should receive my case tomorrow. Fingers crossed!! I will update and advise. i too ordered the Energizer case on the day it was aired. I was charged for it on 10/25/11 and as of today have still not received the product. I called the number listed on my bill 310-497-5708 it states the person has not set up a mailbox. I then read the comments and called 310-230-8245. I left a voice mail with my invoice number and asked that someone call me back. This is a terrible way to do business and I will not be ordering from Jills Steal and Deals going forward. If I do not hear back within 24 hours I will be calling my credit card company to have them remove the charge and will also get BBB and TV stations involved.
I am trying to f/u on the IPhone Charger Energizer Case I ordered on 10/25 via Steals n Deals too. It went through fine however no confirmation email was received. No notice of a shipping yet either. However my bank charge went through with no delay. As like others, when I call number on my bank statement n MSNBC site (310-497-5708) it goes to a phone company VM stating this mailbox has not been set up yet. I feel confident that I along with many others have been ripped off. I have sent an email to ‘info@todayshow-energizer.com’ to inquire. I hope others will too b/c better results with larger numbers. I am disappointed NBC did not research a company before advertising for it.

OK……..follow up. I received a f/u email from the I sent to info@todayshow-energizer.com with tracking numbers and a schedule delivery of 11/10……well I went out to my mailbox and the Energizer was in the mailbox. It did arrive and is a legitimate business however they do have poor communications.
I am so dissappointed with the energi to go silicone case with built in battery. the Today Show said it had a value of $100. NOT. i have since seen it at tjmaxx for $29. what a ripoff, i just hope it works. going to give one each to my college age boys for Christmas (hope they don’t want to return it since all sales are final). NOT HAPPY!!!!!
Same experience as above no call back from company. I too will NOT ever again trust that NBC is recommending reputable companies to buy from. This was ridiculous. Should have been researched by NBC . I still have not gotten product, notification order was processed, or a call back from the 310-230-8245. But they got their money on the 25th of October.
I am also still waiting for my goods despite a hefty $13.95 shipping charge. Seems there is a total lack of any kind of communication, I mistakenly thought something like the Today show recommended item would have certain assurances. It is a very bad reflection on them and I will never order anything like this again.

I also ordered and was charged and have been ripped off by LA Electronics. I cannot believe that the Today Show did not research this. We consumers need some help here and Today Show should step up to the plate and get involved and assist those of us who have been defrauded. I have requested a refund but don’t expect to get one. I’ll have to request from my bank! I will NEVER trust Today Show consumer recommendations again. Their reputation has been severely damaged according to these complaints.

I’ve got a Receipt/Purchase Confirmation with an Invoice Number and a Transaction ID. What shall I do now? Is TODAY going to help any of us?

Same problem as everyone else – ordered on October 25, received Confirmation email on November 3. Have sent emails to company with auto reply received back. Will be contacting the Today Show by email. We ALL need to flood their email so that they will check into it.
Has anyone ordered and received Kensico Jewelry from Jill’s steals and deals on the Today Show? It’s junk. I could have bought better quality merchandise from the dollar store. Has anyone been successful in returning it? Info@today show doesn’t even list it. They only list Kensico e-mail and I’ve had no response.
I received 3 of these and they are so cheap looking. No way will I give these to anyone. Finally got in touch with Kensico and they are not returnable. What a rip off! I will NEVER order from Today Show again!!
BLISS deal today is a gimmick! I was on the site signed in even before Jill finished discussing the this great deal item. I then tried to pay for the order and was returned to more shopping and then in a continiuos loop to return to shopping. Told my wife about the gimmick to get my email and phone number address so I will now receive numerous unwanted adds. She says that is because there is a lot of folks trrying toplace the order…I do not think so. We will shop there, and the email site now set directly to the trash!

Still haven’t received the case. Company won’t reply back to emails either. Contacted VISA over the matter and opened up a case against the company selling it.
same here!! wrote numerous emails and nothing. finally wrote directly to the today show. an editor named Steve Veres answered my email and within hours the company replied one of my many emails saying they don’t ship to PR and that they will issue a credit on my card. Jan 9 and still waiting for the refund. Wrote again today to the seller and the Today show. Waiting until tomorrow if not calling AMEX

Bought the phone charger case and it did not work. I returned it about 4months ago and received a email I will be refunded , have not seen that refund as yet,still waiting.
I ordered two of the battery phone cases for our iPhone 5’s, the day they were shone on Today. I’ve never received them. Help!
