The links in the post below may be affiliate links. Read the full disclosure.

Yay!  The 80 point Bonus Code below has been extended to 11/23, so be sure to tell your friends!

If you have yet to sign up for a Swagbucks account (or know of a family member or friend who hasn’t), now is the perfect time to do so!  Now through Wednesday 11/23, new members to Swagbucks can start off with 110 points… just for signing up! Just head on over here and register AND be sure to enter the code SBPAYSFORME (may need to type out – do not copy and paste) during sign up and you’ll snag an additional 80 points (in addition to the 30 points you normally get), so a total of 110 points!

Also, Swagbucks just launched a “Swagbucks Pays For Your Holidays” contest where one lucky user will win $2500 in Amazon gift cards on Cyber Monday 11/28. You’ll just need to head on over here and complete your FREE Wishlist on Swagbucks.com to be entered to win. In addition to the grand prize, they’re also giving away prizes every weekday on their Facebook wall, Twitter page, and in their Blog! Here’s how you can enter to win:

*Complete your Wishlist found here (1 Entry)
*Share your Wishlist on either Facebook or Twitter using their Share buttons (1 entry per day you share). These shares act as a special referral link.
*Have a new user register for Swagbucks through your Wishlist share (1 entry)
*Have that user complete and share their own Wishlist (4 additional entries)

If you haven’t signed up with Swagbucks yet and are looking for a way to save on Christmas shopping this year, it’s a great way to earn points to put towards snatching up great rewards, such as Amazon gift cards, Starbucks gift cards, Paypal credit, Fandango gift cards, and much more! One of my favorite rewards is a $5 Amazon gift card for only 450 points! With the holidays just around the corner, these gift cards are sure to come in handy! :D Also, today is MEGA Swagbucks Friday, which means you may be able to score more Swagbucks than normal just by searching the web, something we all do on a regular basis!

*If you’re new to Swagbucks and wondering what the heck I’m talking about, be sure to go here for more details on how exactly you can earn rewards through Swagbucks!

HAPPY SEARCHING! :)

I’ve tried to get friends to sign up but they either don’t trust the Net or don’t have time. It’s a bummer because on my own I’ve now earned $15 in Amazon cards. Yay Christmas!

  • Ms Tee says:

I signed up for swagbucks last Friday but I’m not getting the major points everyone seems to be getting. I search all the time but I never get the points. Am I searching wrong? I’ve read all about swagbucks, does anyone have any more tips because I would really like that $5 amazon gift card. Thanks! :)

    • Julie says:

when I search I type in things that are going on that day in the news. I usually get 10 points per search (usually twice a day)

    • Savannah says:

I really only ever search on Fridays. I earn most of my points by taking the surveys and also by “watching” swagbucks tv. With the swagbucks tv videos, I just open them in a new tab, cut the sound off and let them play in the background while I’m doing other things on my computer. I check back every once in a while so that I can start a new video. You only get 3 points for every 10 videos that you watch but you don’t have to let them play all the way through and it really adds up if you just let them play while you’re busy with other things.

I can understand why Collin doesn’t post about it and I’m not sure if she’ll mind me mentioning it but another way to earn SB for something you already do is print off your coupons.com coupons through swagbucks instead of the links on hip2save. You get 10 points for every one you redeem. Since I have 2 computers and print 4 of some of the coupons it really adds up!

I get a lot of points from Trusted Surveys. Sometimes if you don’t qualify, you still get 1 point (you can only get up to 5 points for disqualifying)
Every day, do the daily poll & NOSO offers.
Click on Special Offers. That brings you to a page with a tab of different offers –
Ad Rewards (real short videos, watch for the numbers and enter them in the box, normally 1 to 2 points per vid)
Gambit – I only click on Videos tab, again 1 or more pts for watchings
Trial Pay – normally don’t do any offers
Radium One – look for surveys, videos and any free points for signing up for facebook offers or e-newsletters
      Paymentwall – videos, surveys
Superrewards – I normally pass, but sometimes there are offers for insurance quotes, where you just need to enter your zip code
Peanut Labs – surveys, videos, free offers

Just make sure you read everything before signing up for any offers.

    I just got 10 from searching hip2save

  • Savannah says:

I just typed “Hip2Save” into the search bar and won 33 swagbucks! Sweet! In the past 3 months alone I have earned $125 worth of amazon.com gift cards just from doing surveys and also from swagbucks. I’m pretty excited about it because otherwise I would never be able to afford a nice Christmas gift for my husband. I will say that this is not typical, I was able to get in on a study from MyView.com that gave me a total of $50, but even so, surveys are such a great way to earn a few extra bucks and I never would have found the great survey sites that I use without Hip2Save! Thanks Collin!

  • Heather says:

If anyone is on the fence about this, I highly recommend Swag Bucks! :-) I have been saving for many months now and had enough Amazon gift cards to purchase an Amazon Kindle for a Christmas present along with the new Harry Potter Blu-Ray – for no money out of pocket!!!!

  • Kathryn says:

To anyone who doesnt know you can download swagbucks search from the android market and use your regular login, it helps earn points when your not on your computer.

  • Kara says:

How do you select items fo ryour wishlist? What do you have to do? I am going to the Swagstore but every item I click on I can not figure out how to add it to my wishlist. I know it has to be certain things to be a qualifying list but I can not get one. Help plz!

    • melissa says:

you go to the swagstore, then pick a category. Example, I scroll to Apparel & Accessories, I choose Cookies Kids. Then click on an item, which will bring you to a new page. Underneath the item description is
+Add to Wishlist. Once you add the item, a box will pop up. choose “go to Wishlist” it will bring you to another page that will have a meter for the Wishlist Sweepstakes.

This is the list you need to fulfill –
      *At least 5 prizes
      *Representing 3 categories
      *Min. total value 5,000 SB
*At least 3 prizes “in stock”
      *Max. 2 gift cards
      At least 1 prize < 1,000 SB

      HTH!
