   Not anxious to go back to Office Max, after they refused to honor their mobile coupon last week. What a waste of time.

  We went lastnight and spent a lot. I told husband to make sure he uses his maxperks card (he has never used it) he didnt have it in his wallet, they said they’d look up his phone number. Not in the system ??? we have it, I was not happy. We spend to much there for them to say sorry cant help you….Couldn’t they of issued him a new one then? just saying, they are helpful in store but to treat people like oh well when they have a business that gives you lots of business. I think its because we asked about the 25% bonus Q being scanned then.

  Call their 1-800 number and talk to customer service. have your receipt handy with the transaction number on it and maybe they can fix things for you?

   are these kind of like register rewards or up+ Rewards where you pay the money out of pocket but then the refund it in you maxperks card or whatever??

   Do you know if we can only get 1 of each item? Also, Is it a maximum of $40 back in max perks? Because if you add one of each offer, the total is $43.15, so I just want to make sure I delete one of the items if it won’t be free.

  Yes! They roll! Used max perks a few months back on the 100% back ream of paper and sure enough got the full max perks back.

  I just got off the phone with customer service and unfortunately I ordered $64.00 worth of product (2 each of markers). To stop or cancel the order sounds more complicated than just eating the $24.00 overage. Even if they cancelled the order that isn’t guarenteed and because I paid with recent max perks it would take even longer for me to get them reimbursed. So to avoid the confunsion and probability that something else would go wrong I’m just chalking it up to lesson learned. I still love max perks reward. My bad for not understanding the deal. I’ll still be one of the first ones to place my order for BF.

   I joined maxperks and bought the paper deal awhile back and now I’m trying to figure out how to roll those bonus rewards to do this deal and all I can seem to come up with is the spend $500 in qualifying purchases get $25 rewards card. Can someone please help me? Thanks

  Usually on the 20th of the month (today) your rewards will be issued to your account. You will find out your rewards number along with the pin number when you log in. Because the 20th happens to fall on Sunday I believe we’ll see these rewards posted to our accounts tomorrow. Be sure not to order more than $40.00 worth b/c the deal is 100% max perks rewards back, up to $40.00.

  The $40.00 only pertains to this deal. Every week is different. Just be sure to always read the fine print. Max Perks is an awesome program. I have been able to donate a ton to my sons school district. If it wasn’t for this program I don’t think I would be able to do so.

  Thank you so much! I was thinking the same questions as Robin. I made my first purchase on 10/18, which posted 10/20. I haven’t seen any rewards posted to my account so far and was starting to worry! Also, I called and cancelled my over $40 order and placed another one. They said the cancellation should post tomorrow.

   Is it one per offer? I know last time there were limits for the rewards. I just bought 3 sets of the markers and 1 highlighter set. I’m worried that I won’t get all my rewards …. Also, I got the paper deal a couple weeks back but my rewards weren’t ready 🙁

   THEY ARE SAYING BY THE END OF THE MONTH THE REWARDS WILL BE POSTED.
   SO RELAX, IF PERKS DONT SHOW UP IN A WEEK THEN YOU SHOULD CALL.

  i just joined and am new to this…does the $40 limit apply to the hammermill paper as well. in other words, if i selected all the items features along with 2 boxes of paper (total $130 something). will i get $40 back plus $35 on each box of paper??

    I’m pretty sure the paper is a separate deal. The limit is two papers for that deal and the limit is $40 max for the other deal.

    I purchased 2 cases of paper last week — assuming I can purchase 2 more this week and get free shipping ( mine arrived the next day!) and the $70 credit again? Kind of wary b/c of the $40 limit but not sure from comments, etc. if the paper is included in that deal. Seems like it should be separate since there is a limit of 2 which would be $70 in Maxperks for the paper alone.

    It looks like you would have to spend $500 by the end of the year in order to collect the MaxPerks rewards. That is unlikely for me in the next month and a half, so then these items would not be free at all. Is this correct?

  Thats only for regular items. Items that say 100 percent back, you get your money back in rewards by the end of the next month.
