If you’re new around here, you are probably wondering what the heck RecycleBank is. RecycleBank partners with cities and haulers to reward households for recycling; households earn RecycleBank Points that can be used to shop at over 1,500 local and national businesses. Once you have signed up for an account, you can start earning points immediately by clicking on the “Earn Points” tab and taking quizzes. I was able to print 2 by pressing the back button after it had finished printing.
I was able to get one but then got a blank page on my “save order” screen. Do you think I can print it later? I sure hope so because I’m getting error msgs about there being too many people on the webpage…

I’ve gotten to the order confirmation page and keeping getting an error…must be too many people trying…very frustrating. It’s almost not worth the $3.00 coupon…since I’ve been trying for half an hour! I’m only paying myself $6/hour, lol.
Just got this message “too many positive green actions to handle. Good for the environment. Bad for our servers. Check back soon. ” too cute. But I want my coupon!! (LOL)
After several refreshes, finally got it. Had to get back into my account to actually print. I never got a confirmation screen either.

The website is getting a lot of traffic… it’s very bogged down right now.
I can’t get through. But I did notice in my cart it said the coupon is 25 points, but the total points said 75 when it should have still said 25. Anyone else have it trying to deduct too many points?

it took the points out of my acct but no print link but i was able to print it out of the link in the confirmation email.
it only let me print once.

Yes, I was just able to print twice, and my coupons have different numbers.
The number below the small barcode on the right side/top of the coupon is different.
I was only able to get 1 print too. I hit the back button and it spun for a second, then said I printed the max times already.

Yeah, me too. I’ve been trying forever. I could get it in my cart but then I would get an error message. Too many people trying, I guess. Grrrrrrr….. -_-

Had it in my cart, tried to print unsuccessfully and now it says my cart is empty and coupon is no longer available. 🙁 Is there a chance it will come back up?
I had the same problem! : ( Hopefully after they fix the problems they were having they will make is available again.
Mine didn’t print! And now it says I printed the max times allowed. What do I do? Email Recyclebank? My printer is working fine.
According to the Recyclebank Facebook page, the coupon is no longer available, darn!
This is frustrating. How is that even possible that they gave away all 150,000 in such a short time period? I think they pulled it b/c of high demand, not because it was gone.
Not you fault, Collin, but what a frustration when a company offers a promotion, wastes our time, then pulls the promotion. 🙁 At least they should offer some sort of sorry by offering the $2 Kashi for 25 or increase the monthly limit for one day. I just wish companies would understand that the way that they run these promotions leaves a lasting impression. I’ll still use Recyclebank, but they just lost my good opinion.
I agree – there should be compensation for everyone who had it in their cart. I was really impressed with Recyclebank previously, and am suprised at how they handled this.
I sent an e-mail to them, and they said they added my name to a list of people who will get the coupon once they have their technical difficulties sorted out. So, if you had it in your cart but weren’t able to purchase it, you could e-mail them too.
I hope you guys know that by using the back button in your browser to print a second coupon is fraud if you only redeemed points for one.
I also had problems with their printing process. They did send me an email and I was able to print. Unfortunately, Walmart was unable to read the “bar code” and wouldn’t accept. I will try it at one more store, but I am rather upset with Kashi at this point.
I tried to use this tonight at Wal-Mart and it wouldn’t scan. It wouldn’t work scanned or punched in. Was bummed. I will try it at another store…
