for the free shipping make sure you check economy shipping. You will probably have to do it manually otherwise shipping shows as 6.99

Crocs customer service told me that none of the coupon codes (ie % off) will not work on top of the BOGO promotion

I just tried to order 2 sale pairs and it didn’t show the BOGO, called customer service and he said one of them was a “Holiday Hot Pick”, which can’t be combined with BOGO. 🙁 Maybe that is why it wasn’t working for some of you. Make sure that they are just regular sale. Most likely off season is our best bet. 🙂

I’m trying to order the Crocakiddo boots BOGO. Collin even states in her post that they’re $15 each after the BOGO, but for some reason, when I go to checkout, I’m still showing full price for each pair, making my total almost $60. Is there a code I’m supposed to use? I made sure they were included in the BOGO items…
I just tried it and it worked for me with the Crocakiddo boots. There is no code it just automatically works. I’d call customer service and see if they can help.
