If you go into stores, they also give you a coupon for 30% plus 10% off all prices.. even clearance and reduced prices. I got a 349 which was on clearance for 110.
So you used a 30% off, 10% off in addition to this 30% off???
Most of the items in the store were 50% or already reduced prices and then you would take the extra 30 n 10 % off.
Same thing here. The coupon says 30% off, plus 10% off. Great buy. Got a $300 purse that was on sale for $149. Ended up at $100.

Does anyone know if the outlets accept returns/exchanges? I’m trying to get my husband to buy me a Coach for x-mas, but he wants to surprise me, so I’m going to put the coupon out and tell him “I could always do an exchange if I don’t like it.” Lol! But I’m sure I will like it!
I did exchange once at Albertville Outlet Store (Minnesota).
You can call your local Outlet Store to ask if there is any days limit (like 30-90 days?).

yes, they do exchanges or returns…just make sure that he gives you the receipt…i have done both before =)
Men have funny ideas about fashion. I asked for a raincoat one year and DH bought me a full-length shiny gold-colored plastic thing with puffy sleeves. It was either a desperate last-minute purchase or he was thinking of somebody else. My favorite store is J. Crew, not “mob-wifes-r-us”!!
Give him the benefit of the doubt, but be prepared to exchange!! 🙂

They are awesome about exchanges! I had to exchange a bag last week that I had for less than two months that was pulling apart at a seam and was worried because I couldn’t find my receipt…I’m sure I put it in a “special” place so I wouldn’t lose it, LOL! They were great about the exchange, looked up my purchase in their database and even gave me the higher selling price (even though I didn’t have a receipt!) from when I bought it earlier…so I ended up leaving with a new bag AND sunglasses after the store credit & 30% sale they were running the day I returned (and 43 cents!). Awesome service!

I went to Coach Outlet store last Sunday, bought a purse on a clearance+ 30% off + 10% off, so it is pretty good deal if you need coach items, + they do offer return/exachange in outlets.

Awe man! Bummed I just bought a PPB diaper bag last weekend, could have gotten a great deal on a Coach one with this coupon!
The Coach diaper bags are still pretty pricey even with the coupon, my husband works for Coach and even with his employee discount it was still expensive…we were gonna get my sister-in-law a Coach diaper bag for her baby shower but then decided that for the price of the bag we could get her a stroller/car seat combo @ Target.
I went to Coach Factory on Sunday. I was given $100 gift card for Christmas from a friend.
I got a $398 bag for $34.15 out of pocket!! It was 50% off then they gave me a coupon when I went in for an additional 30% and 10% which took it to $134.15 minus the gift card!

what qualifies for as a “Coach Factory” store? There is a Coach store in my mall, would I be able to use this coupon there or does it have to be a stand-alone store?
