Can we use a BOGO coupon and a 1 dollar off coupon for the first item which is not free?
Yep, for every 2 in your cart you can use (1) $1/1 and (1) BOGO 🙂
you can do that everywhere BUT walmart. it beeps and they won’t let you…..
That’s very strange. I never have a problem doing that anywhere, including walmart.
Most manufacturer’s are coding BOGO free coupons and $1.00/2 coupons so that they attach to both items now. This is to try and prevent shoppers from doing what you suggest. That’s why the register beeps. Also Target has now stated in their coupon policy that you cannot use a manufaturer’s coupon and a BOGO free together on the same items. Many other stores are adopting this policy too. Unfortunately there are always cashiers who don’t pay attention.
Not at my Walmart in Powell TN. The register beeped and Manager said they don’t allow a coupon with a B1G1 coupon. I tried a .50 with the B1G1 scotch brite wipes. I had 4 in my order and tried to use 2 (.50) coupons and 2 (B1G1) coupons and was told no by the register, cashier and manager.
Collin posted a while ago that she will no longer be putting a monies off coupon with a B1G1 coupon. I think you can see a video on her reasoning for that.
Ashley I was thinking the same thing. I remember that video. I don’t think it’s right to be able to use a BOGO along with a dollar off coupon. But that’s just me. The people in my area that coupon are rude and wipe everything out, I’ve even been pushed out of the way by people so they can grab that one last item off the shelf. I love couponing, I just hate how some people get greedy with it.
I love your deals, Jill, but it is VERY frustrating (especially with my background in hi tech) to want to buy something and have the website NOT WORKING.
I hope you will do more to ensure the websites WORK when you advertise another GREAT deal!!

I bet it worked fine, they usually do. But then every one posts and repost and so on, and bam no work. All the people trying to get in on the deal make sites crash, shame on them,lol
I entered 90210, 99218 and 30677 and only see the BOGO coupon- anyone else not seeing the $1/1 coupon?
weird, did it again just now (90210) and it popped up first page when sorted by food- but it wasn’t there a minute ago! odd 🙂

I have tried mult. times to use a BOGO with another coupon and time and time again its beeps and they tell me i can use one or the other but not both. 🙁

Just went to walmart and it beeped and only took 1 bogo and then I used the 2 $1 off coupons. Still .78 for 4 packages is still awesome. Thanks Colin.
Collin’s not saying to combine the coupons.
She’s showing 2 different deal scenarios:
1 (with the $1/1 coupon) that has a $0.22 money-maker
& 1 (with BOGO coupon) where you get 2 seasonings for $0.39.
If you wanted to combine these, you would have to buy 3 & would look like this:
Buy 1 at $0.78 – $1.00/1 coupon = $0.22 moneymaker
Buy 2 at $0.78 – BOGO coupon = $0.78 for 2
GRAND TOTAL = $0.56 for all 3
= $0.19 EACH
Or:
Buy 2 at $0.78 each – 2 $1.00/1 coupons = $0.22 moneymakers ($0.44 Total)
Buy 2 at $0.78 – BOGO coupon = $0.78 for 2
GRAND TOTAL = $0.34 for all 4 or $0.09 each!!

I love this mix…it make a perfect sauce that I cannot duplicate in flavor. I use the beef and brocclli mix with chicken and pork also. I take thin cut steak, chicken breast or pork loin chops with sissors in stips then chunks..add a bag of frozen brocclli or stir fry mix, steam with the top on then add the sunbird already shaken in a jar to avoid lumps…volia..enjoy
Sunbird Seasonings Mixes ($1.19) are BOGO at Winn Dixie this week. So, free after BOGO coupon thru today. If you add the $1 coupon you’d have an $.81 MM.
Or, save the $1 coupon for a money maker at Walmart.
Actually, they are BOGO until mid-Feb! But the 2 I bought this afternoon, were not free for me. The coupon has a max value of $1.00. I know the registers will take off the value embedded within the coupon, but the cashiers at the WD I shop, always ck the max and will void off if its too much, which the cashier did to me today. I paid .19/2, which is still better than using the BOGO at WM.
I’ll just use the $1/1 at Walmart for the overage.
Thanks for the info. on the sale end date. There’s a $.25/1 on the Sunbird Web site that you could combine with the $1/1 coupon. Do you have a favorite Sunbird seasoning mix?
random FYI: I just called Sun-bird and none of their seasonings are gluten free. So, I’ll still get this item but donate it 🙂
My husband (he has Celiac’s) is able to eat the Kung Pow Chicken flavor. It has no effect on him and he is very sensitive. HTH:)

only the items with the cash card symbol will count towards the spend $30 deal, which you can mix/match the items.
Please note that I was NOT stating to purchase 2 seasoning mixes and then to use BOTH the B1G1 Free Coupon AND the $1/1 Coupon. Instead, I was mentioning that both coupons are available to be used if you want to stock up on the mixes. Could you list which stores DO allow 2 manufacturer’s coupons on BOGO deals? I know that Winn-Dixie does. However, lots of others store have had recent policy changes regarding this issue.

I went to my neighborhood walmart today and they said they’re no longer accepting BOGO coupons, but the manager said it depends on the stores no all walmart.

I found them in the Asian food aisle. I was able to use the $1 and the BOGO, so I got 4 for FREE + 44 cents overage.
