Same here, took forever to load. Finally submited form then it came back with internal server error. Then it said my spam words were incorrect, tried to sumbit it again and wouldn’t load

I finally got through. Keep trying girls. I had to submit and re-submit about 10 times before it went through.

They didn’t send my last rebate. I wouldn’t attempt again.
I didn’t get my rebate either but I called Novartis (maker of Prevacid) 1-800-452-0051. They have that I qualified for my rebate but they haven’t sent it out yet. This was 2 weeks ago. They said to please wait another 4-6 weeks.
I got my rebate from Novartis, but not for the $15.99 I was supposed to get. They only sent me $11.09. That was my subtotal because I used Extra Bucks at CVS against that purchase. Novartis said they were not allowed to convert my Extra Bucks to cash. (In fact, she put me on hold and came back to read a prepared statement to me.) What??!! I explained to them that their rebate form did not stipulate this and that they had promised FREE Prevacid after the $4.00 coupon. They would not change their minds. They would not even allow me to file a formal complaint over the phone, instead, gave me a snail mail address. Needless to say, I don’t trust them at all now.
It just worked for me too. I double checked by clicking the link again and it states “our records indicate that you already submitted a request”. The site may be working again.

I guess the link for Prevacid is not working! I tried several times, and from the looks of it some of you have had the same trouble..
I submitted this before, but they never sent me a rebate. So I ended up returning the product 8 weeks later.
I am having the same problem after I input all my info on their form. I wanted to share that SmartSource on-line is doing a free sample of Prilosec OTC, too.
Got it to work after several tries, 11:25am EST, it finally gave screen with a picture of the product and a “Thank you” message.

DO NOT DO THIS REBATE OFFER! If you do, pay cash only! I used +UP rewards at Rite Aid towards the purchase of Prevacid and Novartis sent me a rebate for $1.30! I’m livid! I wouldn’t have bought the product…. just wanted it because it was FREE. I’ve been on the phone with customer service for 20 mins now. I’ll see if they can get this resoved.
