No thank you, never got the last order I placed! With no notice from them.
I was not happy with my last order from them at all. The bras were well exactly what i paid for…cheap & fit poorly… and my box came completely destroyed with holes in that you could put your hand through. Then when i opened the box, the bras were just laying there. No tissue paper or plastic or anything to protect them. I emailed them and returned the package the next day..
Be careful guys… I believe I was charged for three items, and only received two. This was during their last sale for 50 percent off all panties. I didn’t receive any email or notification saying the third item was on back order or sold out.
well nevermind! just checked my statement and I was not charged for the third item.
I had the same problem. The item was instock when I placed the order, but I guess wasn’t any longer when shipped. They decided to just leave the item out without notifying me. I will not being shopping from them again. Unless you like the surprise factor of what you won’t be receiving.

I ordered 8 bras the last time. I loved them all but one. Fit me perfectly! Was thrilled because I had spend over $40 on two bras from JCPenney the day before the deal posted. I returned the bras and ordered the ones from Maidenform and am so happy I did. I am a 36DD and it is so frustrating finding bras that fit. Now I am good for at least a year!

I’m sorry that other had problems too. I ordered during the bra sale and during the panty sale. The site was a little slow then, but I received my order very quickly. It was exactly what I ordered and well packaged. I also ordered this time around. The site was working great this morning.

I just tried to place an order and received a message that my order would not process so I checked all my information (which was correct) and resubmitted the order, it never went through, which is fine so I gave up. I checked my back account however and was charged for the order – never received an email confiramtion or an order number. I have tried several times to reach Customer Service and they will answer and automatically put me on hold for 15 minutes at a time without ever coming back on the line or even finding out why I’m calling. I am very upset at their lack of Customer Service and now I have no order and a charge on my account… 🙁

I LOVE Maidenform products & their sales! I have ordered recently when they had the panty, bra & now the shapewear sale. Their items arrive fast, no problems here.
