I find the two packs up on a turnstyle display in the front of the store by cash registers. Hope this helps you!
The last time I tried to use the $1.00 off one the cashier said that these are not Alkaline. The bottom of that package says to buy Alkaline for other devices or something like that.
I have trouble finding them at the WNY Walmart area stores as well. I can’t even find them at our Targets either.

Target seems to be seasonal! They may have some coming in soon when a change over of Valentine’s products happen.
i dont know where you are in wny, but the hennrietta walmart carries them, they are on the battery display up near the registers, but i have never has any luck at target either 🙁
In Ohio ours are still in the large bins by check out. They put them in there for Christmas.

I found them at my Wal-Mart in a giant bin they put in the middle of a main aisle. It was over by camping stuff. They were bright yellow.
The batteries that are in the bright yellow packaging are heavy duty Rayovac, I don’t think those are Alkaline, which is what the coupon is for.

SAFETY TIP – – – BE CAREFUL WHEN HAVING BOTH RECHARGEABLE AND ALKALINE BATTERIES IN YOUR HOME. OUR RECHARGER WAS PLUGGED IN THE KITCHEN. THERE ARE FOUR BOYS IN OUR HOME AND ONE OF THEM PUT A REGULAR AA BATTERY IN THE CHARGER. NONE OF US REALIZED AND WE HAPPEN TO BE IN THE KITCHEN WHEN WE HEARD A “POP” THE BATTERY EXPLODED AND ACID RAN ON THE OUTLET. WE WERE FORTUNATE AND REMOVED THE CHARGER WITHOUT ANYONE GETTING HURT. PLEASE BE SAFE!

These are the worse batteries I have every used. They last in a toy for about two days. So maybe that is why they always have coupons. The only store that carriers them is Walmart. Wonder why.
