  It’ll take several texts back and forth (about 10) to finish. They’ll get your address along the way–your name, address, home phone.

  I just don’t want telemarketers to get the # and start leaving a bunch of txts. I had this before from some totally outside source. Had cell co. block but they kept using diff. numbs. They would only block so many too. Very frustrating. Not saying this is going to happen from this deal, but rather play it safe ya know. And I never gave it out. Heck didnt’ even have txt service but got charged when they did txt.

    If you pay per text, don’t do this. It will cost you. I’ve never done one of these
    text deals before. I thought I would try this one. They sent me SEVEN texts trying to get my address, phone number, etc. For some reason things didn’t go as they should have and they couldn’t get my address from my home phone number or my zip code.

    So they sent me seven texts and I had to send them 6 or 7 replying to all of their questions. Even if this is a full-size sample, which I doubt it is, I’m not sure the sample is worth what all of these texts just cost me.

    Word to the wise. I thought I would see how these text deals work. They’re a lousy deal for anyone who has to pay per text. 🙁 I thought that I would send them one text and they would send one text back. I would have never guessed that it would take FOURTEEN text messages to get this “free” sample.

  Did they ask for your home telephone number? Companies can usually find your address through that. 🙂
