might be a silly question but I am thinking of getting multiple Goody Ouchless Elastics… would I have to break them up into separate transactions for all the Register Rewards to print, or Could I buy two goody products and get four dollars in register rewards?
It is my understanding that once you have bought enough to get the special price ie 2/$5 any additional would be at that price too ie $2.50. It may vary by store.

yeah you can use 2 walgreens coupons. you can use all applicable walgreens coupons and one manufacturer coupon per product 🙂
Usually you can use more than one Walgreens q on an item. You can only use one manufacturer’s coupon. So pile them on!
My wags wouldn’t apply both coupons because the drops are king size. I tried to explain that their size fits in the size restrictions on the coupon but I was told because the coupon didn’t specify king size, it wouldn’t work. 🙁

I have a 15% off participating items, 20% of Walgreens items coupon that they mailed when our insurance was no longer accepted by the pharmarcy. Does anyone know how this will work with other coupons?
it doesnt affect them at all. shop just as you always would. just calculate the prices with the 15 or 20% taken off before the manufacturer coupons are factored in 🙂 HTH!
Has anyone noticed the new format for the Walgreens circulars. I DO NOT like them at all. I also noticed that things I had seen on another website (which had pictures of future Walgreens circulars ) that those items are nowhere to be seen. Also, they don’t have many freebies after rebates anymore.

Yes there are lots of freebies next week. It seems like the freebies with register rewards are mostly for healthcare items any more. About a year or so ago it seemed like every other week you could get free shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, and kotex.

On the Jergens deal, I think they should actually come out to be $1.21 each. If they are $6.43 for two after the BOGO 50% and you use two $2/1 coupons, that comes out to $2.43 for both, right?

The mm coupon in the Walgreens coupon book expired on 2/14 so it didn’t work for the MM’s. My store would not let me use the .59 coupon on the Hersheys Drops because they were king size.
My Walgreens also tried to deny mm coupon but it doesn’t expire until 2/25, only on Valentines candy did it expire on 2/14. So, after a total redo, they gave it to me but stiffed me on Schick RR. Wasn’t worth hassle to fight for the RR but I’m just about done with Walgreen’s now too.

I bought 9 boxes of Kleenex, and actually got a $2 RR back! Not sure where the limit is when buying them to get a RR, but thought I would share! (But MAN I didn’t get the Kleenex Q in my area SS that week, what a bummer!)
Also, if you got that P&G mailer a few weeks ago, there is a $5 Q for the Gillette Proglide. Makes it $9.99 – $5 with $4 RR, like paying $0.99!

I’m confused about Walgreens shopping. They just got rid of the test market in my area, so we no longer need cards and get catalinas for RR. (not sure if it is like this everywhere?) Now that there are no cards, a Walgreens employee told us that if two people buy the same thing in two separate transactions and the first person pays $5 and gets $5 RR they can then give the person behind them their $5 RR to buy the same thing and get them both for free. But, I saw in a comment above that this is not true? My mom and I started our first week shopping at Walgreens and found that we didn’t get RR for the second transaction when paying with the RR from the first. Not knowing any better, we told the manager that they didn’t print and she gave us the RR amount back in cash. I’m not sure who is right or what is the exact policy on that, so I was hoping someone could fill us in so we’re not breaking policy because something obviously isn’t right. Thanks so much!! 🙂

You can’t use a Register Reward to buy the very same product you received it for purchasing…even if someone else gave it to you. It just won’t trigger it.
Yep, I’m in Kansas City! It was horrible! The first time I went in to Walgreens to try out their system was also the last time until they got rid of the test market. It’s MUCH better now!

Maybe someone already posted this – but the Theater Candy is on sale for $0.79. There was a $0.75/1 Nestle coupon in the 2/19 RP – Would make for a $0.04 box of Nestle theater candy! There was a lady at my Walgreen’s stocking up on these yesterday morning. 🙂
