They are 6.99 a box so the CVS deal is better starting sunday.

    • Ashley57

      What is the CVS deal?

    • robbie

My CVS is small and is sold out early sunday mornings on all of the great deals 🙁

  2. Ashley57

The dog treats were 5.99 at my Petco, so still $1.80 for two boxes. Not a bad deal, but I decided not to do it.

  3. jacqui

The store I went to was charging $6.99 for a box so I had to pay $3.60 for 2 boxes.

    • Diane

Ours Petco is also $6.99 per box. I got a better deal a few days ago using 2 of the BOGO coupons stacked with Target coupons. But I still stocked up on a few boxes.
I just couldn’t believe how much more they were a box compared to Target!!!!

  4. robbie

I plan on going tomorrow to check this deal out. Looked on petco.com and didn’t see these. I then checked petsmart and they have them online for $4.00. So I’m hoping my petco doesn’t have these over the price of the coupon. $6.99 is pretty high. You can get them at walmart and HEB for $3.84 a box.

    • robbie

WOW! Just called and they are $6.99 here too! That’s just crazy!!!!

      • Brandi

I agree! I looked a few days ago and count not believe the price!

  5. shawnette

At CVS they are 3.29 a box. Spend $20 get back 5 ebc. Buy 6 boxes for 19.74(should trigger the 5ecb) pay 9.87 + tax and get back $5ebc. $4.87 for 6 boxes or .82 a box.

    • shawnette

      Starting 4-1

    • Tammy

      Thank you…great deal!!

  6. Angela

I did try to take advantage of this deal but was shocked to see they were 6.99 a peice. I still got both for less than 3 dollars but I was dissapointed they were so expensive! I never seen them more than 4.00 and I thought that was expensive.

    • jacqui

I agree. Seen them at Walmart today for less than $3.00 a box!

  7. Diane L

I too paid $6.99 a box at Petco, which is very expensive. So I ended up paying about $1.50 per box for 6, after coupons.

  8. Alicia

    Petco does price match

  9. Tabatha Soliz

Surprised all are having. Issue with Petco. I manged to get 28 boxes from 2 separate Petco’s an though the coupon does state up to $4.29 when the cashier scanned it it took off the entire $6.99 amount. A manger was called up front an she simply stated that if it was taking them off then let them. I got 14 boxes from 2 separate stores an at each one I. Only paid tax I the amount of $4.89 not to shabby.

    • DeE

28 boxes? Cleaning the shelves. Don’t want to be negative, but that seems like taking advantage. No wonder I am increasingly hassled by clerks at check out for coupons, even though they often tally up to be less than 4 to 5 coupons per transaction.

      • Tabatha Soliz

Yep 28 boxes!! 14 each from two different stores, NO shelve cleaning here. Don’t know about your Petco, but up here because it is a sale item they have two end caps full an there were more in the aisle. have a great day.

        • Lori

Don’t you just love it when people judge you for the amount you bought? Cuz it’s their business, ya know 😉

          • Tabatha Soliz

I hear that!! Didn’t know that I was the reason for all that goes wrong with her transactions. Also didn’t think I would have to explain myself for every box that I purchase. I DID buy the newspapers all 14 of them, so yeah I expect to use them. I run a doggie daycare an donations are NOT overrunning, lol. So yeah I try to get what I can, while also respecting others. Hint, the reason I went the extra 33 miles out of my way to go to another store.

            • Sharon

A doggie daycare sounds like a BUSINESS to me – why should your customers donate when they are paying you for a service? If you want people to supply their own treats or food, you need to state that upfront. 🙂

My son’s preschool asks parents to bring 3 cans of frozen juice per month, since they go through so much juice for the kids.We would never think to donate it if they didn’t state it upfront.

It was nice of you to purchase from two different stores though. 🙂

            • Tabatha Soliz

Hmmm well let me explain again!!or elaborate. Not only is it a doggie daycare, but not all come back an I take strays in when the local pound becomes over populated. I am their last resort an I take them ALL! No one is paying for that. But appreciate the props for the 2 different stores.

      • Jennifer

Tabatha I think it’s great in what you do. To all the others, MYOB. Mind you own business

        • Rebeca

Geez guys, easy with the critics, stop being so judgmental! 🙂 And for those who love to comment anyways, as long as its legal and you are using the product, good for her that she planned ahead and was able to get all those newspapers! 🙂

  10. monica

My petco they where $6.99 a box too, I went to Petsmart and they would price match but (which are $4.00) but they wouldnt except the coupon with the price match. Target has them for $3.89.

  11. Anne

I Got Them for @2.99 today at the commisary for 2 boxes.. so it comes out to $1.49/ea! 😀

  12. Holly

I purchased 6 boxes at my petco and paid $2.73 which is 46 cents a box! They were $6.99 a box with the buy one get one free and free and then with the coupon all I paid was the tax! Great deal 🙂

  13. Kristin Robinson

Would walmart price match petco I have never price matched anything I’m pretty clueless on the whole think lol Thank you for any help

    • Kristin Robinson

Price match the buy 1 get 1 free sale??

  14. Jennifer

this isn’t a good deal. first of all, the coupon is only up to 4.29 and the dog treats are 6.99 each at petco. And to make it worse, my store wouldn’t let me use the manufacturer coupon AND the store deal. They told me that I had to get 4 and 2 of those would be free…? um what? no thanks. i made them cancel the transaction. I’m pretty sure that it was just my petco though

It’s much cheaper at target and there is a .75 target coupon online

  15. Breanna

To follow Walmart’s coupon policy…the ad has to state the price of the item your ad matching to get the buy one get one price and since petco didn’t put the price in the ad, you can’t ad match at Walmart.

~I actually emailed petco’s corporate office and the cs rep replied and said that they do take manufacturer’s coupons so you should be able to use the bogo coupon at petco. If you have any problems, I would call there corporate office and complain.

I don’t have a dog – I have my “little daughter” Rachel – a Tuxedo cat w/a pretty pink nose! However, I do make the effort to take advantage of these ecxellent deals to donate to the Enfield Food Shelf, where I also volunteer. When I went out on Weds. to do my errands, I stopped at the Petco in Manchester, CT. Prior to shopping, I asked if they matched the Petsmart price of $4.00/box & if they would honor the BOGO coupon. At first glance, I could see that like everyone else, they were $6.99 each. They said yes. So I was able to purchase 18 boxes for zero – not even tax! The manager was very, very friendly & we actually spent time discussing couponing & different ways to get them. I was able to share with her the Hip2Save site & a few others that I follow – she was very excited! Before I left, she handed me some mfgr coupons for free canned dog food &for $3.00 off a small bag – I thought that was so sweet of her! What a pleasant couponing shopping trip for a change. And when I brought the product to the Enfield Food Shelf the next day when I was volunteering they were thrilled. The dog food actually went out that same afternoon.

As always, Thank-you Collin for helping me find so many FREE or cheap deals not only for my family, but for my extended Enfield Food Shelf Clientele – you really meet some lovely people who just need some help here & there. Without your deals, I know I couldn’t do it & I’m sure others couldn’t either. Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you! You are Truly an Angel!!!!! 🙂

    • Rebeca

Good for you, what a nice gesture! I am glad your kindness paid off with such a great manager. I have also had good experiences with coupons at Petsmart in Enfield, CT.

  17. Bridgette

I never received these coupons in my paper…if anyone has an extras or would like to trade, please email me at kinzyparker(at)gmail(dot)com. Thanks

  18. kelly

Hey guys! I just did this deal today in SF,CA.. the deal may be unadvertised but with you P.A.L.S card, it should ring up! I bought 12 boxes for $9.48!! 😀

  19. Bonnie

Petco here in Spokane first said, you don’t need this coupon, they are already bogo. She then went to check with manager & came back that I have to buy 3 boxes to use coupon. I told them they could keep them.
