   I tried entering my daughter who is 22 and turns 23 in July, un don’t even try year 1989, it will say you don’t qualify.

  I’ve noticed you have to have to be between the “normal college ages” which is 18-21. I’m 23 and in college also, didn’t qualify. My cousin who is 20, qualified. Just a heads up for those still trying :o)

    You have to put the year 1991 or younger, it had originally told me I was too old and I was born in 1988 and am still a college student but then put a younger age and got one 😉

  I think it is not working right, people have put in they are 21 and did not qualify and another put in the year 1984, which would make them 28, but they qualified.
