Just a warning, I did this deal last week and when I hit submit my total was $9.99. Same for my email confirmation. But when I checked my bank account there were two pending charges for $10.99 each:( I sent Gevalia an email but they answered that they cannot look into my account via email, I’ll have to call. After calling their CS and waiting for 15 minutes, I gave up and just disputed with my credit card.
I had problems with Gevalia a couple of months ago. They sent me a confirmation for one price and then charged my cc more. I, too, could not get anywhere by email or phone so I disputed the extra amount and my cc took that extra amount off. I really appreciate the CS of my cc.
i called them about a week ago to cancel my auto deliveries and was put on hold for like 20 minutes. when i finally got a representative on the line she kept pressuring me to keep my deliveries even though i repeatedly said no. i had to call in because i couldn’t cancel online. just be careful of this company.
I was also charged $10.99. Has anyone’s order actually shipped yet though? Mine has been “processing” since 5/2. I would have expected it would have shipped by this point, and I can’t dispute it with my cc until it ships.

Going to agree with the other posters. The customer service to cancel this such a pain. Of course when you finally get through, you get all sorts of pressure to continue ordering the coffee. Not worth the hassle in my opinion, I would just wait for a good target deal on coffee 🙂

Hmmm..my credit card was charged correctly and I had no issues canceling my auto deliveries via their website. Maybe I just got lucky?
I was charged $10.99, however when I log into my account I’m able to cancel further auto deliveries by using the website. Maybe others should try that route. I haven’t done it yet but will be doing it as soon as i receive my items. I made sure to choose the 13 week delivery so I’ll have plenty of time to cancel.
I should have added that I bought this over a week ago before they were offering free shipping. That might be why my cc was charged the right amount.
Use a Prepaid Card to place this order! I was also charged $10.99 and canceling was nearly impossible, when I tried I got charged an extra $10.99 and I don’t have faith it’s actually been canceled. I was on the phone/ on hold with them for just sigh of 45 minutes. I thought about using a prepaid after the fact, of course.

yeah but i tried using ebates and it said nothing about the coffee machines, looks like they only offer the same deal but without the coffee maker

Ordered mine May 4, got it yesterday, May 10. Cancelled auto delivery right now online with no problems. Only thing is my CC has not been charged yet so I don’t know what to expect o_O
I got mine today, only problem was they sent me a decaf pecan torte which I didn’t ask for. I called Gevalia, Gary was so nice told me he would refund my card $2.49 within the next 3-5 days. Couldn’t send out a new one cause it was a promotion price. I have looked at my bank but haven’t been charged anything as of yet. We will see.
Oh and I cancelled Auto Delivery with no problems online. I will watch to make sure it stays that way in August when they were going to deliver the coffee. But when Gary tried to look up my auto delivery he said I didn’t have it and this was a one time purchase. Which is what I wanted…Yea!
Everything worked fine for me! Was only charged $9.99 I received my order within a few days!! Had no problems! I went to website to cancel or make my auto fill inactive!! I also called to make sure and had no problems!! $9.99 seems pretty sweet to me!!
My credit card had an authorization for $10.99, BUT when the charge actually came through it was the correct one: $9.99. I signed into my account a few days after I placed my order and canceled the auto delivery — no problem. I’ve since gotten my coffee and coffee maker, and it’s fantastic!
