It might be the browser you are using. I got it to work in Chrome.
I’m using Safari and it’s doing the same thing to me.
Is anyone else having issues with the captcha? It keeps telling me my code is invalid, after trying like six different ones!

Glad to hear everyone is having the same problems as me…… I can not remember jumping through so many hoops. Same with me …. First they said my e-mail address did not match…. Well, of course not, THEY kept changing it… Then the Captcha kept changing. Then they asked me 3 times the name and BD of my dog. Then after all of that, they said….. “You are already signed up in Del Monte, just go to sign-in” GEEZ.
ya, this is kinda a joke to have to input SO MUCH INFORMATION. wow…and ya, my security code has been wrong about 7 times now, I give up lol!
Yes, I gave up! I kept getting invalid security codes.
I got that same message. It said Great news! You’re already registered and then it sent me to a new page where I had to type everything all over again. Nice treats for my pups, though, so worth it
used my couponing facebook in chrome – selected no dogs or cats, said sample was on its way in about 4 clicks.
I ended up choosing no pets as well when I do indeed have dogs. I had trouble with that part & decided to put in none after reading someones comment on facebook who was having trouble with it too. That worked with no problems! 🙂

in reply to everyone having issues with the captcha, i clicked on the terms and conditions link and opened the webpage like i was reading it. it worked great after that. but before when i was just blowing through the form and checking the terms and conditions box without opening it, it wouldn’t let me through. good luck everyone!

I filled out their stupid information form and then it said I was already registered with del monte I spent ten minutes entering information and I still havent got their freebee what a rip off!! I tried to log in and it told me incorrect email and password Why cant they just let u fill out the form and send you the sample
