There are two different codes. First time users can get a free card with FREETREAT. Others must use HIPTREAT.

I entered HIPTREAT and it took it off them asked for my credit card, so I entered it and clicked place order it then took me to a page that said
“Oops! It looks like you have an existing account that has already received a FREE trial. Your total price has been updated below.” The only other code i used before was FREETREAT…so can we not have a second card for free? it charged my CC the $3 dollars

Even tho it said in the end of the transaction that the charge was $0.00 it still wanted my credit card info. Why???????? It was suppose to be free! I did not put in my credit card info to order was not placed.

I don’t like Treat.com. they make u put in cc info for a $0 balance! >:/ i even tried using an empty amex gc, but it said it wouldn’t go through?!?
& they must not really delete your cc info, i had trouble with one account, so i made another with another email address and when i entered the cc info, it linked it to that first account! (even though i deleted the cc info in the first account!) so beware about entering actual cc info!! u can’t delete it / they save it!

I have ordered several cards from this company in the past, but after reading some of these comments I went and checked my bank account and two days ago I was charged twice for one birthday card I had ordered. I did the live chat and after 20 minutes of dealing with that person they were unable to credit my account. My time wasn’t worth 2.99, so I ended the chat. However, I will not order cards through the company any longer.

I ordered cards from this site 2 times now using the pomo and each time I had a problem at checkout with the card itself. They fixed it for me and gave me 3 free cards. I just hope I don’t have the same problems with the free cards they gave me like I have had with the first 2 I ordered !! I spent 20 minutes online with customer service today before they told me they were sending it to thier IT guys to fix !
