“Clear” shampoo is on sale this week $5.99. (It is a new shampoo from Unilever.) You also get a free trail size with purchase. They also have the Trial “tro” packs on clearance for $3.38 + they have a $2 Target Coupons inside them! I had a Target coupon from before. I also had 2 $2/1 coupons from RP. (I cannot remember the date). I opened the box up after the cashier handed me the bag and asked if it was alright to use. She said it was mine now. So my total before coupons was $5.99 + $3.38 + $.97 = 10.34. After coupons and free with purchase offer $1.37!!
at my target the trial trio pack was on clearance for $2.78 with the $2 coupon inside. Unfortunately someone had already gone through the packs and took out the $2 coupons. i had several $2 off coupons from the sunday papers and bought several of the packs and NONE of them had the $2 target coupon inside. i was so disappointed. đ oh well. looking forward to trying this new shampoo though.
Isn’t the up and up value pack diapers deal on any size diapers? I had a BAD experience at my local Target today. I bought 2 boxes, didn’t get the $5 gift card…I went to customer service and the guy there told me it was only for size 4 diapers (the ones pictured in the ad). I bought size 5. I told the guy that the sign about the $5 gift card was right above the size 5 diapers (which I bought) and that the ad should clearly state size 4 diapers only if that is the case. So stupid! Did anyone else have this problem?
Forgot to add…I also argued my point until he gave me my $5. đ He wasn’t very happy about it, but the ad should be more clear in my opinion!!
I don’t think ever in my life have a seen a sale just for one size (clearance maybe, but not a sale!) that guy was clearly wrong.
I agree with you Samantha. That is false advertising on the part of Target, they cannot legally do that and then tell you that you cannot get a gift card.
I had the same issue with method detergent – marked to give a $5 card, but didn’t give me a card when I checked out. Luckily I was able to return it for full price (so the $2 coupon I had for it applied to my other items). They really should make sure their marking are up to date!!!!
Had the same issue with the aveeno sunscreen. The cashier acted like i was trying to scam them. He called over a Customer Service Manager asked me if I already got a $5 gift card, after I explained that no I did not he decided to walk back, check the sign and then finally see that it was marked. So after explaining their stores deal twice and two people not believing me I finally got my gift card after they double checked. How embarassing.
i think you can buy any sizes. i bought it for size 2 and 3 before and always got the $5 gift card.

You can price match the walgreens ad with the starbucks. They have theirs on sale for $6.49 this week!!! Plus there is a 0.75 starbucks drink (4pk) target coupon that you maybe could use with the deal!! super good deal since then you can take the bags to starbucks and get a free tall ice coffee đ
You can’t price match AND use a target coupon. It’s in their policy.

Is anyone else having trouble using two target coupons at once for the same item? Seems they changed the wording on their coupons and you can only use one target coupon per trip now.
I have had problems at times at times. They did change the wording to make it that way but so far it has depended on the cashier I have. Also last week the cashier at Target told me that all Targets are changing their coupon policy – no more stacking a Target coupon with a manufacturer one & also no more than 4 like manufacturer coupons per visit. This change is suppose to be as of June 18th, 2012.
You can only use one manufacturer and one target coupon per item. Always has been. Unless you mean multiples of the same item, and multiples of the same target coupon. Usually the coupon will state whether or not its a limit of one per customer, but ymmv.
We recently have had issues at Target with this new policy implemented. The store manager had to clarify with our cashier and the customer service manager that you can use 4 like coupons per transaction + a Target coupon for each item. The problem we had was the CSM decided to tell us that we could only use one coupon per transaction, even though the coupon stated that it was per item. What is up with Target suddenly being so unfriendly with coupons?? This is not the first time this has happened to us recently. We used to use Target all of the time for deals and now all of the cashiers seem so paranoid about the gift cards and coupons that even legit deals they are making up reasons why we cannot use our coupon or get a gift card.
If anyone has Post grape nuts and shredded wheat cereal coupons or the TOMS brand toothpaste coupons from the paper this week that they don’t want I would love some more. That is the only cereal and toothpaste we use! I can trade pretty much any coupon besides those from this or recent weeks papers if anyone wants them. Coupons.com is giving me a hard time lately, is anyone else having this problem? I tried to print the right guard target coupons and it says “sent to printer” but will print a blank page. When I tried to reprint, it said I “reached the print limit” but it never printed my coupons! Is there anything to fix this? I also tried another computer and it did the same thing.
Wouldn’t the deal for Herbal Essences/Aussie be $1.50 each, not $1? 2 for $5, less $1 off 1, less $1 off 2 = $3 = $1.50 each. Am I missing something?

I printed 2 of the manufacturer coupons and 2 of the Target coupons for the Glade Decor Scents. Went to Target last week to buy 2 of them. I donât try to use 2 identical Target coupons in one transaction because their system usually doesnât allow that. So I separated my order into 2 transactions. On the first order, the cashier took both MC and TC with no questions. On the second order, which was a smaller order, she wouldnât allow both coupons because of some fine print on the MC that read âcannot be combined with any other offerâ. I didnât want the hassle of arguing because she obviously didnât read the coupon on the first order, so I just took the TC back and used the $2 MC. Just shows how hit and miss couponing can be.
If Target continues this practice, I won’t be making as many Target trips. The closest one to me is 25 miles away. The coupon stacking is part of what made it worth it for me. Sad to say the stores are making it more and more difficult to save a little money. đ
