    I was raised with this stuff. My mother used to buy it all the time in Germany. I never really liked it (she still sends me samples and stuff she gets) but it is okay. I think the bottles are smaller than american brands though.

    I have been so frustrated with their website both yesterday and today. I know yesterday’s deal was huge but today’s was not so much. It took me 2 hrs and 6 tries on two computers to get an order in. Kept coming up as certificate errors and I’d get a blank shipping/info boxes and it would ask me to verify a phone number I could not see. Eventually I got it to work but how aggrevating. I hope the product is good because their website does not encourage me to order…

    Does anyone know how to check the status of your order? It asks for the customer number but all that is in the email is the order number…..

        I posted on their facebook page and they told me to pm them with my email and address and they would give me the 9 diget customer number to check the order….seems really weird. And only 1 of my orders was deducted from my checking acct and that was two days ago. All seems a little fishy.

          Don’t count on getting your all the items you ordered. If you picked an expensive item that you were to get for free, they will say they were out of stock and substitute something cheaper. I was told my orders were being processed then found out today via facebook that my orders were cancelled. Great way to do business. Good luck!!

            My last order is scheduled to be delivered today. Wondering if the free items will be substituted or left out all together. I won’t order from them again. The quality of the products does not seem too great. I had two other orders and was pretty disappointed when I opened the boxes.

              Many people were disappointed with their orders! The whole thing was a scam!! I was told by customer service at Yves Rocher that hip2save had no business advertising their promotion because it was only for their valuable customers. Apparently Yves Rocher isn’t looking to attract NEW customers from hip2save. I hope hip2save doesn’t give them anymore FREE advertising!! How ungrateful! I learned the hard way not to order from Yves Rocher!!

            My first order didn’t arrive until mid-July and the free item I ordered had been substituted with a cheaper one! I called customer service and they told me they were out of stock on the expensive item. I pointed out that their website showed the item as being in-stock and after a long pause she confirmed that I was right and agreed to ship out that item. My second order, she said, would be delayed another week or 2. Well it’s now early August and I never received it, so I just emailed customer service who told me they decided to cancel my order and will mail me a check. So basically if I never said anything they would have kept my money and never sent me anything! I didn’t even want my money back, I just wanted the items I ordered! They were supposed to be gifts for people!

              I just went online and logged into my account and see they DELETED my order – never said anything to me, and when I called in late July, THEY LIED TO ME, and said the order was delayed, and then they ignored two emails I sent.

              I have bought several times from this company last year, and several times this year prior to this. I am FURIOUS! This is no way to treat a repeat customer. I am LIVID right now!

      your customer number is your 10 digit phone number. YOu need that and your order number to check the status. I deleted the mail with my order number and emailed them to retrieve it to check the status.That was 3 days ago..havent gotten a return email. Anyone get a shipping notification yet?

        i just called the customer service number. They gave me my customer #. And told me the order has shipped and is scheduled to be delivered on 7/2. Your customer # is actually your order #, and your password on the website is your 10 digit phone number. i logged into the website to confirm what the rep told me and it did say shipped. Hope you all get your packages soon!

        The customer number is 9 digits and the phone number, 10 digits, is the password. The order number in the email they sent was only 8 digits so that doesnt work which is why all the confusion.

          oh i see. When i called they were able to look up my info using my phone number, then the rep gave me my customer number for future reference. Their phone number is on the website..you can call them to give you an update on your order. Apparently they dont send a shipping email, my order is en route, but no email received! Good Luck!

    I have to say that I ordered on June 22 and called today to check and after 15 minutes (10 on hold) I have to say that I will never order from them again. My order has not even shipped yet and I asked if they would consider notifying the customers and I was told that a letter was sent out but it takes about 3 weeks for me to receive it!! Really? Ever heard of an email since they have ALL of my information needed to do so?! Sounds fishy if you ask me.

      Yes I agree, I looked on the website for my status and my order says ,,complete order out of stock,,,, I don’t understand why I didn’t get an email either. The only contact I have had with them has been thru facebook messages…thats weird too.

    I just called again since I ordered on June 22nd & called the first time about a week and a half later. The first time I called, they told me that the perfume I ordered was out of stock, but they were able to substitute another perfume (I never received an email notification or anything, but I was already charged). I called again today because I never received shipping information & I couldn’t sign in to look at my orders. She gave me my customer number (which wasn’t anywhere on the emails I did receive) and the tracking number for my package. It is supposed to be delivered via Fedex on the 16th.

      I called too. I was told it was being processed. The guy just told me that to get me off of the phone!! I found out today my orders were cancelled and they weren’t honoring the promotion. I was told the items were out of stock. I went to the website and ALL the items I ordered were in stock. Can’t believe the poor business tactics of Yves Rocher!! Check out all the complaints on Facebook. Many didn’t get their orders and others didn’t get the free item they were suppose to get. If it was an expensive item, Yves replaced it with something cheaper. Unbelievable. Hope people think twice about doing business with them. Good luck!!

    I just spoke to an Yves Rocher rep at 888-909-0771. I’ve tried to call previously in the past, but could never get a live person. Today I chose the extension to place an order, instead of trying to reach customer service. I got a live person right away.

    Unfortunately, she explained that my order was canceled because all the products I ordered were out of stock. They charged me on 06/22/12 and have made no attempt to contact me or notify me. They are unable to refund to PayPal, so they promised to send me a refund check “in a few weeks.”

    I feel completely scammed by this company. I presume if I hadn’t called, they would have kept my money. They didn’t even have a billing or shipping address for me, since the order was canceled. I had to give them an address for where to send the check. We’ll see if I get my money back. What a disappointment.

      It was a scam Melissa! Unfortunately many people learned the hard way that Yves Rocher is NOT a REPUTABLE company!! Customer service is rude and they lie!! I hope you get your money back!!

    Order placed in 06-22… never received… never contacted.

    I called their customer service a few weeks ago and was told this order was delayed, but would be sent. I sent two emails since and they have been ignored.

    Great way to lose a customer. I have bought from them before, but this order has been so HORRID AN EXPERIENCE.

    WHY ARE THEY IGNORING CUSTOMERS, LYING, AND NOT HONORING ORDERS?

      Try going on their website, scrolling down to the bottom, and click Track/Pay my order, and then at the bottom of that page, click “Contact Customer Services”. I just did that a few minutes ago and they responded within minutes. Didn’t get the answer I wanted, though! I was told a month ago it was on schedule to ship in another week or so, and it didn’t. In their email response today they told me the order was canceled and they would mail me a check because I paid with PayPal. So pretty much if you don’t get in contact with someone they will keep your money and never send anything out. Frustrating!

          I would definitely try using that form to contact them through the site because it seems to me they won’t return your money unless you contact them for it.

            I would recommend NOT contacting them through the web site, because they pretty much told me too bad and they were not honoring my order. I would INSTEAD recommend going to their facebook page (Yves Rocher USA) and commenting there, because the person there just sent me a private message telling me to ignore what the customer service from the web site told me, and that he/she would make sure my order was honored after all.

            There was only one item no longer in stock, but it was only $2 and I had ordered more than I needed to for the free item anyway, so they are sending everything else. I will see if I actually do get it or not.

            I had received a new mailer from them and wanted to order more stuff, but no way, no how was I going to order anything else if this order was not honored.
