    I signed up for one and my husband did as well – it said the cards would be in the mail but when i checked our emails for confirmation there was a email in his email address but not one in mine – wierd thing is i signed up for mine before he signed up for his

      Exactly the same here!! I did mine first from my facebook and then my husband did it from his…we both got the message that we got it but he got a confirmation email and I didn’t. I’m wondering if it goes by IP address and they only allow 1 per household and we may only get one but not sure………

      same thing happened with me,i signed up my house first and then my bf,but i got an email and he didnt,i sent them an email saying it said i had recieved one,so ill see what they say,i wouldve filled one out on another comp but since it said it went through i thought why bother,but i did send subway an email

      You can easily get 2 if you have 2 computers! My husband and I both got one because we did it at the same time from both computers 🙂

    I haven’t either. The confirmation email I got said 8-10 weeks, so I’m hoping any minute. LOL! Thanks for asking thought, I’ve been wondering the same thing.

      Thank you for your inquiry. There has been a delay in getting these gift cards shipped, however the shipment was due to go out last week. Depending on location, the gift card should reach you by the end of October. Thank you for your patience, and again, we sincerely apologize for the delay!

        Well, I also sent an email of Friday requesting information on where my gift card was. I guess I’ll wait and see if I get a reply. You would hope that Subway WOULD NOT use the same company in the future. I feel it makes THEM (Subway) look BAD!

          Here is the response I got this morning: “Thank you for your inquiry. At this time I can confirm that you are on the list to obtain a card. We apologize for the delay with getting these cards shipped to you. We have had some complications getting the fulfillment processed and the shipment should be going out this week. We understand that you may have already been informed that they should be arriving within two weeks, however at this time the shipment has still not gone out. We will update you with a date as soon as we know a specific date that the shipment has gone out. We sincerely apologize for the issues. We really appreciate your patience, and again, we really apologize for the delay!

    so where is my $5 gc from your first 5,555 promo from july 17th 8-10 weeks. it is now week 14 and still no gc. we go there all the time grandson loves you kiddie bags/meals. just sent email to them.
