it doesnt work for me too.so I called the CS and they told me to go ahead and order and then call 1 hour later so that they will refund $10.00.
But before placing the order, just keep the final page and call the CS and give them your cart number that appears at the bottom, they will verify and give u a reference number so that tomorrow u can call and give that number for the refund.

Dang! Just saw this post! So sad that I missed it!
Bad news. If your cards haven’t shipped yet (or your emailed code hasn’t arrived yet) you may not be getting them. I tried placing an order an hour and a half before the promotion ended and the $10 discount wasn’t applied, so I called in. They told me that people were abusing the promotion, they were no longer honoring the $10 discount on gift card purchases and would be canceling the orders that had been placed. So, if you got yours, feel lucky. Evidently enough people kept going back to the well for it to raise a flag. Bummer.
Mine shipped today. All they had to do was delay the e-giftcards, which it looked like they did, so that people couldn’t use those card to buy new cards.
I did receive my ecard too. I was only relaying what the CSR told me.
I just got shipping confirmation of my e-mail gift card and I placed two orders yesterday and one of them arrived, I’m hoping the other one arrives soon. It also includes some instructions on how to turn it into a mobile gift card to use in-store.
My egift card was just delivered as well!
