OK – according to the banner at the top, I’m signed in, but my shipping isn’t showing up as free. I’m afraid to click “place order” and get charged. Is my shipping going to come off after I place my order?

Grrrr. Not for me. There’s a ShopRunner logo under the shipping options, but it’s not a link I can click on.
I had the same thing happen to me. I called customer support and he said that they were having issues with signing in to Shoprunner. So I placed my order thru the ShopAtHome link as above and chose overnight shipping for $19.99 and they credited my account for the overnight shipping charge and I only paid $1.99 for the tissues! Great customer service!
Glad it’s not just me. I contacted customer service and they sent me a link to clear my cookies, but I still can’t sign in to ShopRunner. What’s even more annoying is that I’m trying to order almost $25 in products. I know I could add one small item and get free shipping anyway, but at this point I won’t just on principle.
I hope someone can help me with this … I am having the WORST experiences with shopathome. For one thing I emailed them well over a week ago and never got a response, That’s not too bad but what’s even worse is I log into my account today to find that all my previous rebates I have earned have vanished. My boyfriend also has an account and his account was missing his rebates also. Does anybody know if there is currently a glitch in the system or if because we use the same computer it shows our purchases coming from the same IP address and that is somehow violating terms? If that were the case I would think they would have completely deleted the accounts? Also, I have searched high and low for a customer service number I can contact since I had such rotten luck getting a response back via e-mail last time, but to no avail. Does anybody know of it? Is it the Disney one? Mine vanished today (it was there yesterday) but it is less than 30 days old, so they still have time to post it again, and someone on another post here said they were working on them today.
I don’t know the answers to any of your questions. I am missing 4 wild deals (that are older than 30 days, and they gave me cash back instead of the wild deal amount) and I emailed them yesterday, I don’t know how long it takes them to get back. I do know that in the past I have had problems with Wild Deals at least one time and they have fixed it after I emailed them.

This happened to me as well and I just e-mailed an inquiry. I had seen the Disney wild deal posted to me account and now it is gone. I have done a few other wild deals and hope there is no issue with my prior purchases. Hopefully I get a response to my e-mail and we all get our purchases posted!

If you did the drugstore.com WILD deal, be sure to check your account. They paid a percentage rather than refund the full price, as the WILD deal states. I sent an email, and it’s already cleared up! But check yours, just to be sure.
Mine hasn’t posted yet. I’m keeping an eye on it, and will e-mail them if it doesn’t post within the 30 days.
