They will not be cancelled because the quantity counts down – they will just run out of items and there will be no more orders. I ordered 2 things that came out to $24.99 – the coupon code still worked! And I have prime so I got free 2 day shipping. Still had to pay $1.20 though! Good deal!
The code will only apply if you have picked an item that shoes the special offer code. It will say it under the special offers and product promotions on the site, which is underneath the product features section of the item page. HTH!

More items were just posted but they wewre flying out of my cart before I could get the order through. I did get 6 cat toys for $3.24 and used credit that I had from my Amazon card.
Good grief! Everytime I got 25 in the cart, and went to checkout, I’d be halfway through and the items would be gone. NOT COOL. BUT I decided on about the 10th attempt to see what would happen, and Amazon still applied the promo code to the items I had in my cart (totalling $14.14 without shipping). So I got 2 items for $1.20! Aggravating in the process. You shouldn’t have your cart thrown out halfway through…

Let me begin by saying that I am VERY sorry for the inconvenience and the disappointment that we caused by canceling your order. I believe you deserve an explanation.
My mother-in-law wanted to give a friend a $25 gift card to my online pet store, so we created a promotion that required a code for redemption. This promotion was supposed to be a private promotion, only for the friend that received the gift card. Erroneously the promotion was made public on Amazon.com, and everybody that purchased from my store and checked out with Amazon, was given the option of checking out with $25 in free product. Who wouldn’t accept a $25 gift card? 🙂 In a span of less than 12 hours, that promotional code was used to check out with over $100,000 worth of pet supplies.
In the four years that we have been in business I can count on two hands the number of times I have canceled an order because of an error on our end. We ALWAYS try to work with our customers to get them the product that they ordered. Unfortunately, we cannot ship over $100,000 of free product. 🙁
This error is clearly no fault of yours, and you deserve the sincerest apology. I have another promotion set up that you can redeem over and over again. When you cancel orders with absolutely no explanation, that doesn’t seem very sincere. When you ADD more items to the sale page, mid mistake, that doesn’t seem very sincere. Your whole story does not sound plausible at all.
Call Amazon. They made it right for my mother and I and credited both our accounts with $25 to use on any order shipped by Amazon.com. <3 Amazon.
I called Amazon & they said management has not authorized them to credit accounts with cancelled orders. They stated they are aware of the mistake made by seller Little Family Member & how it inconvenienced their customers by offering an erroneous promotion.

I received half of my order, and the other half was cancelled this morning.
well that stinks i got a email saying my order was cancelled after it had been confirmed guess i wont ever order from them again
My order was cancelled too. I assume they oversold their inventory since it seems that some people are getting some of their items.
