My personal opinion is that these wipes are awfuls. Very slimy and stretchy and hard to wipe anything off. They just glide over the poo. Both my husband and I hate this kind!

    • Samantha

I agree. I bought them last time and I can’t wait until the box is gone! LOL I hate them. In my opinion, huggies diapers and wipes are way better! 🙂

    • amanda

i agree also the best ones i have found are kroger brand i was very suprised but they are good

      • steph

        where could i find them

  2. Alea

I actually like these wipes – Huggies wipes are too thick and scratchy – not a fan of Pampers Thick Care wipes – but these are great!!

    Thank you 🙂

    • debra

I agree. Pampers wipes are wetter than huggies. I prefer Pampers diapers as well. IMO they work best on girls and huggies work best on boys. I have 4 boys & a girl so have tried a lot of wipes and diapers thru the years.

Good to know! I’m having a girl in January. Just found out yesterday and we’ve over the moon! It’s our first baby. 🙂 Should I buy this now or will they dry out by January??

        • Laura

I meant we’re over the moon!

        • Alea

You can start buying them now – most of them have “expiration/best buy dates” on the packages but they are good past then too. My two kids are 7 years apart and I had a few packages of wipes that were stored away in our supply closet for over four years and we had no issues with them when we used them for my second as an infant – they were just as soft and wet. Pampers wipes are my personal preference but I think Costco’s Kirkland baby wipes are pretty good too. I think as long as you are storing them in a cool dry place you don’t have to worry, but January isn’t too far away at all. Congrats on your baby by the way too 🙂

          • Laura

            Thank you!

  3. Katie

Really? I love those wipes and prefer them over Huggies anytime. I think they are soft, smell great, and do a good job with the poo.

    • Katie

I meant, i love the Pampers wipes posted here (not the Thick Care) and definitely more than Huggies wipes.

  4. JoLoyce

I like the CVS wipes! They’re soft and do the job!

    • adri

I try the wipes myself, that way I know exactly how the baby will feel =)
I really like the CVS wipes and they were less than a peny each

  5. zoe

i still have a case of these unopened from the amazon baby coupons from forever ago! and i am on the second to last case of diapers from the baby sale as well. ah well, guess im going to have to be in the market for diapers and wipes again, but i can’t beat the free diapers and wipes after a couple swagbuck gift cards that i recieved with those amazon coupons!

for the record, i don’t mind these so much, but my husband HATES them

  6. Renee

I like these wipes, but recently discovered ALDI grocery store wipes!!! (Mentioned to me by a friend) They are always $1.00 per pack of 72-ct unscented, and they are a little thicker, but not too thick because I don’t like too thick of a wipe. I think I’m converting to ALDI wipes!! I never need to search for deals or coupons. Doesnt get too much better for $1!

    • Laura

As a first time mom (due in January), I am completely clueless and would have NEVER guessed Aldi! We have one right by our house. Thank you Renee!!!

    • Rachel

Thank you for the tip! I shop for groceries and special buys at Aldi but never would have thought to buy wipes there for our baby-on-the-way. Another reason to love Aldi!

  7. anastacia

Does anyone have any good suggestions for stockpiling baby things like wash, wipes and lotions etc.? I dont have a clue what a good price point is or how many is a good number to get.

    • Sara

If you’re expecting, make sure to put diapers, wipes and all that stuff on your registry.

      • anastacia

thanks! im good on diapers i need to work on everythign else now. I just have no idea on where to start. I dont want to find out im paying way too much, or have way too much:)

        • Laura

When are you due? I’m due in Jan and am worried if I stockpile wipes they will dry out before I can actually use them. I haven’t bought any diapers yet because I have no what brand/sizes to buy.

          • adri

If they dry out, you just add water.
Wipes anything .02 per wipe is a deal, I got a lot from cvs for less than a penny each. I like them a lot.
Diapers for Newborn anything .21 cent per diaper( I have gotten them less than .18 shipped to my home from diapers.com)
Dipers 1 to 3 anything .18 is a good deal for me ( I have gotten them for .10 per diaper or even less)

            • Laura

              Thanks Adri!

          • cindi

What you’re going to find is alot of varying opinion and preference. Personally I like Pampers swaddlers for newborn (if you even need them) and size 1, and then whatever diapers is the cheapest from there on out. Now I use cloth diapers and it’s so nice to to be out of the diaper deal search! I bought my cloth diapers once and they have diapered 2 kids and will diaper one more. Also – I would never pay more than .15/diaper in any size EVER…but that’s also because I was not brand particular.

            • Laura

              Thanks Cindi!

    • Abby

just a tip I stocked up on j&j b4 my son was born bc I thought it smelled so nice only for him to come along and have a reaction to their line!!!! It might be a good idea to wait untill she/he is born…

    • Tiff

Anyone who is expecting, what I did at my baby shower was got a little bath and body works basket as a raffle gift, then asked in the invitation whoever wanted to be in the raffle please bring a package of diapers (all different sizes) and your name will be entered. This is in addition to a gift. I left it up to the person, completely optional. But I actually didn’t have to buy a single package of diapers for almost 8 months. It was great!

      • Laura

One of my close friends had a baby last summer and she had a diaper raffle. I think it’s a good idea.

  8. Ilk

I personally like Sams Club generic version of baby wipes. 810 wipes for only $14.48!!!! Cant beat that!

  9. debra

Anyone else here miss the amazon codes as much as i do? I really wish they would come back!

  10. Sarah

So funny how everyone has different opinions on dipes/wipes. I HATE Huggies wipes, they leave behing “lint” which is really bad when you have a girl, but it drives me crazy even with my son this time around. Both my son and daughter do best in Huggies diapers. My fav wipes are the Pampers Sensitive ThickCare wipes.

  11. Shana Dey

Subscribe and Save discount went down from 20% to 5%. Final price is now ~$17 🙁

  12. Tiff

I usually use my swagbucks points to get amazon gift cards then use them on this wipes deal. Works out good, just an idea for anyone. And amazon let’s you use multiple cards in one transaction. Usual OOP is only a few bucks depending on the starting price.
