To change zip, click the tab that says local savings, Change zip on the right side, then go back to the coupons tab. if you’re a swagbucks member, coupons.com is still set up the old way.

I tried using the zip code provided and it tells me there are no offers for that zip code. I have also gone through all the coupons and I don’t see the Joy Ice Cream Cones coupon.
