These are only $2.00 at my local Walmart, so even better deal at $1.45/box….I love these!!
This is a good coupon, but I recently bought these and found out that since they redesigned their boxes, they also made the bars much smaller than they used to be. They also changed the quantities to a box. The former boxes had 8 bars to a box, and now they have 10, but the cost increased as well. (now 43 cents higher at my local store.) Overall, I’m frustrated with companies that are reducing the sizes of their products.
Same here. I was so bummed to see the smaller size and the price hike. Not just a small increase but a major jump. We have been eating these for years too. So frustrating.
I am a distributor of these products and was equally frustrated. Strange as it may sound I now agree with what they have done , somewhat, We as distributors have a tough time getting these items into many accounts…especially accounts that have their own store brand…around here it’s Meijer and Spartan. Our price was so much lower and the quality so much better. they refused to sell these items in the granola section cuz it detracted from house brand sales. The bar size was changed to me more comparable to others in that category. When you read the label, ours looked bad! A lot more calories and fat. Nobody noticed or cared we were a lot bigger. It still sucks they went up in price but are still a good value…and the ONLY ones with no preservatives!
