I checked my email and I have the message only it says it must be on AUTO reload using a Visa card. I really don’t want it automatically using my card. Anyone else see that?

I didn’t receive mine either. I just called their 800 # and a very nice man added the $10 onto my card. He said he wasn’t sure what happened. It’s worth calling!
Did it for $25 but never got my refund
I autoloaded for $25 and never got my credit. I e-mailed SB about it and was told that I had to receive the promotional e-mail to get it 🙁 Makes me mad.
