Got one! Thanks! I learned my lesson with Coke Rewards. I had loads of points at one time and was waiting to use them for something good to come up that I wanted to use them on. Nothing really ever did and eventually, I lost them all. So now, I collect my bottle tops (my husband’s friend is addicted Coke products and gives me all of her bottle caps – 20 a week or so). I’ve been saving them and entering them a few at a time to keep a small enough amount of points in my account that if I did lose them, it wouldn’t be that much of a loss. I had just enough points to get this! Yay!
Thanks for the info. I just recently joined Coke Rewards. Do you know how quickly your points get deleted? I have 250 points now but don’t see anything I want. Waiting for something good like you did 🙂
Why did you lose them? Was your account inactive for a long period of time? I have been saving for over a year and almost have enough for the $50 Nike card.
It was several months before they took them from my account. My best guess is maybe 6 months or a little less? And yes, my account was inactive. Each week, I would load points into my account and they would just sit and accumulate. I never used any of them.
If you dont log in for 90 days, I believe it is, the system will wipe out your points. MCR does send emails prior to doing this. It happened to me recently & I emailed them. Thankfully, they reactivated my points.
Good to know they gave them back to you. I enter points every week so I am never inactive. I knew they took them after a period of time but have never worried about it since I log in so much.

They always send me an email to alert me that my points are going to expire in a couple of weeks and I have a chance to enter at least one code so I don’t lose them. I hold onto my codes for better deals, like the Powerade deal they just had. I’d rather get double points, if at all possible.

Just contact them and the will restore your points…no matter how far back they expired.

For those that got the Free Sprite Zero, was it a printable or mailed? I entered my code and it said I would see my offer to the left and nothing was there.

The coupon will be mailed to you. You should also get a confirmation e-mail with “Hi xxx, are you ready for your reward?” heading almost immediately.
I received my Sprit Zero coupon in the mail within 2 weeks I was surprised it was so fast.

fran, thank you for posting the #! I missed out on this but I had 250 pts. deducted for an offer in the beginning of August & it never went through. After 2 emails I got nowhere, but after 1 phone call it was taken care of! Also it was taken care of in less than a minute & the rep. was very nice!
