Tempting… But after reading the reviews…I’m not sure if this is really a great deal. Sounds like A LOT of them are 1x1squares… 🙁 I think I’ll pass on these then…

“…The majority of these blocks were the 1×1 square ones. You can’t really build anything with them except a tower. there are 3 of the skinny 1×4 rectangles, 3 thick 3×1 rectangles, 4 skinny 2×2 squares, 14 thick 1×2 rectangles, 25 skinny 1×2 rectangles, and 54 1×1 squares…”

We have this set, and it is absolutely true. It turns out though, that my 1.5 year old only likes the 1×1 blocks (easy to stack, I guess) so it is perfect for us, in case anyone is thinking of getting it for a little little one!
My girls looovvvve the small blocks best too. We make them into bowling pins and knock them down with a ball.
I was reading reviews and some people were saying that majority of this box is the small blocks the 1×1. I don’t want a bunch of small blocks that you can only build towers with. They said a lot of them don’t have the connectors. Just beware, I was about to buy it but decided against it.

Good thing I always check the comments here on the post I am interested in. Almost got this for my son for his 2nd birthday. I see that from others that these are not much for building different things so I may just pass. Thank you to those who let us know that these are mostly small blocks.
