After reading about the models of Hollister’s racist acts against Asians, I’m sorry, I won’t buy anything from this company ever again.
I do not know the situation you are referring to, but I do know of many instances in which the owners of a company would rather certain employees actions to not define the whole company.
I haven’t shopped at Holister in years. After they accused me of moving stuff from one table to another to get the stuff for cheaper and treated me like I had done something illegal on top of another time they charged me twice for the same shirt because two different employee’s were handling my transaction and one put the the shirt back in the pay pile, well I did not notice until I got home and they gave me a hard time about that. So I have never gone back and my girls have not bought anything from there either.

agreeing with milley here…as tempting as this deal sounds, i refuse to buy anything from hollister anymore. mocking the people who buy your stuff? not a very good business model right there.
Hollister didn’t mock them, their models did. I’m sure the company wasn’t telling them “Mock the Asians, it’s a good idea!” They chose to do it themselves and it is unfortunate that Hollister is being blamed even though they clearly do not sanction the actions of their models and cannot really control their actions. All they could do was fire them, and they did. What else can they do?

Unfortunately I will never go to that store or give them any of my money. On three different occasions at different stores I went in there looking for gifts and I was told “I’m too big” for any of their clothes by two employees while another one asked if I was lost and looking for a different store. Thank you Hollister for fueling the eating disorder I have had starving for perfection for 10 years.
I am so sorry that you experienced that from anyone. I am a large mama, with 3 tiny beautiful ballerina daughters, I often go in there to shop for them and sometimes feel like a beached whale. Luckily, most folks have been kind. Recently a friend of mine, who wears clothes from aeropostale, went to aeropostale to buy more jeans (she was wearing a pair of theirs when she went in) and the employee said to her in a very rude voice “you know, this is a juniors store” … people can be very hurtful with their words. i hope you are on a safe and happy journey with your eating disorder at this time and that you find some inspiration in yourself. a scale cannot tell you that your family loves you. it cannot tell you your self worth. It cannot tell you that you are gorgeous and smart and loving and fun.

Me too. It was originally $8 put when I refreshed to add something it went up.
I should have read the comments 1st and got the 20% text offer – would have saved me another $0.60 or so. Anyhow, got the $10 code and bought my son a pair of flip flops for $11.70 shipped. We have to buy him the nicer, canvas or leather ones or we end up spending even more in replacing cheap ones over and over again all summer long. Not exactly sure how he manages to tear them up – glad to get a cheap but nice pair for next year!
