Collin (or anyone), can you check to see if the PROMOTION & PIN boxes appear if you order a TOTE? Maybe that’s why it’s not showing up for me 🙁 Thanks!
It shouldn’t matter what you are ordering. Look at the top of this post at Collin’s example. Right underneath the Shop your Way Rewards, should be the place to enter. If it is not there, it may be because you went through a different link that had an offer, such as EBATES, or an email link that Lands’ End sent you.
In that case, look at the items in your bag, and find where there is a spot that says “Promotional Savings” —next to that there is a link that says REMOVE, once you remove that, the box to enter a new promotion will appear.
OMGGGGG!!! I LOVE YOU!!!! I was going through EBATES! And I did what you said and clicked on REMOVE and VOILA!!! The boxes appeared! My $32.50 TOTE (it wasn’t on sale 🙁 ) went from $44.98 with shipping & tax to $24.69 which included the discount, tax, and free shipping 🙂 🙂 🙂 AND….I went through EBATES for 3% back. AND….I got SHOP YOUR WAY REWARD POINTS for ordering. BUT…I wanted to use my $2.37 SHOP YOUR WAY REWARD that was available, but I didn’t know my pin # and no one answered when I called SHOP YOUR WAY customer service 🙁 Oh well, I guess I’ll find out on Monday and will have to order something else. I didn’t know my pin, either, but found it on the website. You have to go to shopyourway (dot) com/rewards and log in. Then, you go to “rewards program” on left hand side. Then, do the FAQ in small orange letters that pops up, then scroll down to “how do I use my points online?” and click the “forgot your member id or pin #” link. When all your info pops up, click “print your card” and everything pops up. There may be an easier way, but that’s what I used, and since my points were expiring 9/30, I needed to use them.
OHHHH!! I just found mine! (A day late and a dollar short LOL!!) I’m going to see if the “chat” person can help me add it to my order. That would be pretty awesome. Stay tuned…..
OK, so I went back to the Lands End site and clicked on the “Chat Now” and a rep applied my REWARDS to my order and it went down to $21.57 (shipped) for the $32.50 tote. PLUS I got more REWARDS points AND will get a couple pennies from EBATES 🙂 : 🙂 Thanks everyone (especially Collin)!
