Fine Print: Choose the “Send it to me first” shipping option to receive the card free. If you choose “Mail it directly to the recipient,” you will be charged $0.44 for postage. Limit one per household. Note that you will also be asked for your credit card to verify your identity and prohibit fraud, but you will not be charged for a free card if you mail to yourself.

    Has anyone ever received charges from the free cards? I am a lil nervous to put in my credit card info but I love FREE cards!

      I have not been charged by this company for any of my free cards.

      The free cards are really free. I have ordered many from Treat and Cardstore with no surprise charges.

      I have tried this free for everyone thing twice now. I always read the fine print to make sure it is for everyone and not just first time members. They charge me every tim. I will never order from them again.

        All you have to do is enter the promo number and then check to make sure it says $0.00 before you press the submit button.

      I have never experienced a problem in the past, but a lot of people are complaining on their facebook page that they are being charged $1 or $2 for their cards. I have also noticed that their checkout page where you enter the cc # is not secure today – so I am going to wait while they figure out what is happening.

    question: do you think a 10.00 gift card for toys r us in a card is a high enough value of a gift for a two year old?

      Depends on how close they are and if you want the $10 to cover the entire cost of the gift. It’s likely that the person shopping will end up putting some additional money with it.

          I think a $10.00 gift card is just fine to send!

      If you were going to a party, and it’s for a best friend, I would spend more than $10. But if she is not having a party, a $10 acknowledgement gift seems fine.

    I picked a “thinking of you” card. It told me the code was not applicable for that card. Does anyone know what type of cards it is applicable for?

    if your order does not seem to go through, check under My Account tab and double check. after live chatting I found that my order had been placed even though it appeared it would not take my CC either

    I needed a 50th Anniversary card and this was perfect. I created the cutest card. Only problem is this was TOOOOOO LOOOOONG of a time to get the order placed. It would go all the way through to actually placing the order, then couldn’t process. It took over 15 minutes to wait for a live chat person to come on the line and finally get it through. Glad my baby was asleep right now, or I would have never had the time to waste waiting to order it.

      i just did live chat. they said “I sincerely apologize, I was advised that the “TREATXOXO” promotion cannot be used if the “FREETREAT” code has been applied to a previous order. Unfortunately, there is only 1 free greeting card promotion available per member account.” anyone know a way around this?

    When I hit to check out it said $0.00. However, I just checked my bank and it charged me $1.00? Is anyone else getting charged?

      Sometimes they will place a $1 temporary charge but then it drops off–this happens whenever I use Redbox
