Reminds me of the winter clearance last year (75% plus 10/50 q). My store was a madhouse! I did get 4 coats for super cheap. I think I’ll skip this sale and hit the next one. I am still too weak from having my tonsils out Tuesday to fight a crowd.

I went to the store and it was very frustrating. All these people had 6 coats in their hands and I could not get a single coat. That makes me very upset that I could not get one and all these people have 6 in their hands.

Boooooo Old Navy! Got up early this morning and drove 20 min to nearest store. I was there when they opened and while they had plenty of women’s coats, there were only about 10 boys and 6 mens coats in stock. I wanted the nice olive green color in the ad and all they had were navy and one black (in mens). Of course I was only trying to shop for my son and boyfriend. I hate when a store posts a big sale just to lure you in and then has no stock!
Just got back from my Old Navy scored two coats one black and one orange they were flying out the door.
FYI- The women’s coat is super cute, but I am 5’11” and it was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to short for me. The belt made it have an empire waist. I usually don’t have that problem with outerwear, but this coat is made for a short torso.

FYI….when you go to the site, to see more women’s items, go to the upper right side and type in “fleece” then choose “women” from the drop down window. You’ll have to quickly scan all of the fleece items but there is definitely more stock. As opposed to going to their site and clicking the “Fleece Sale” banner, only 4 women’s items come up and most show that they are out of sizes. I was able to score the green women’s peacoat thru the “Fleece” and “Women’s” route BUT the other way, it showed the item as being out of stock.
If you go to the store take a second to try them on. Lots of people were just grabbing the size that they usually wore and getting in line. I tried mine on and it ran a full size too small. Glad I took a second to make sure it fit!

Had a good experience at my Old Navy store this morning in Bee Caves, TX, got there about 45 minutes after it opened, not crowded and not yet picked over. Scored 2 women’s peacoats, 1 men’s coat, and 1 toddler boys coat. My husband and I each used a $5 off $25 from our snapappys. Cashier was also very sweet to my toddler, handing out balloons and Halloween stickers. He was in heaven.
If you go to Boys Outerwear, there is a black frost-free jacket for $10. Regularly $49. Red and Blue are $35, but the black is only 10. I went through shopathome for 5.5% back.
Just read that shopathome is only 1% for sale items. Oh well.
I agree with previous posters, the women’s coats do run a little small. I am really glad I went to the store to pick one up. Also, I’m currently pregnant and I think this coat will be perfect for my pregnancy. The buttons end right above where my baby bump is and while it may not fully cover it at the end, I figure spending $15 for a coat that will hopefully keep me warm enough was much better than ending up having to spend over $75 for a maternity coat.

FYI,while I was at the mall I stopped by H&M and they had an additional 50% off clearance items, I got a dress and a shirt for 5 and 7 dollars. Great shopping day at the Mall!

Went this morning, got the last 2 coats in my size XS, but there are plenty left in other sizes. The children coats are going fast. I was able to use the 10% of coupon on the coats and clearance items as well, also got a $10 off $25 to use in the first week of November. Checking out was total madness, but well worth it. I live in Austin, TX.
My mom and I were able to use the 10% off coupon for the coats! They came out to $14-something including CA sales tax!!
how are the quality of these coats?
Almost purchased a graphic fleece hoodie for my son today for $12 but when I added it to the cart the price jumped up to $45!!! Now when I search for the hoodie it shows an original price of $16.94 crossed of with $45 underneath. Anyone else see this? It is the heather gray boys fleece hoodie with skull and crossbones.
I was worried that all the coats would be sold out because I couldn’t get to the store until 5pm (had to work today). But they had soooooo many in stock! I couldn’t believe it! Every color, every size. I got my green peacoat and love it! I usually wear btwn a S and M in ON, and the M fit perfect. The quality is great too 🙂
Oh and I signed up for emails and got 20% off – thx previous poster! I only paid $13!
