   Just did this and the second screen is a survey…so did I get the freebie on the first page or do I have to fulfill this survey and then I get it?

   I believe you have to finish the survey to get it – I did the survey and it said to expect to receive the magazine in 8-10 weeks. Thanks!

   I did the survey, then got a confirmation page saying that I’ll receive the mag in 8-10 weeks, so we’ll see! Thanks!

   Every time this is available I do the survey. I assume it is lengthening my subscription, but does anyone know for sure?

  Check the subscription date on the label of your next issue or call ESPN and have them check.

    Also, remember if you only want the subscription for Insider Access on their website, you can call ESPn after you recieve your first issue and make arrangements to donate the print subscription to a service person (any branch).
