I know Target carry this brand in the higher priced make-up sections, but I can’t say I have seen a “pouf” there, I live in CT by the way. There is a ‘where to buy’ section on their site, maybe you can try there??? Hope this helps.

I found them after Christmas, on clearance for .25 each. They were in a box against the back wall of the Health/Beauty area. Really lucked out finding them b/c its not an area I usually pass, just happened to roll my cart and clearance caught my eye! I got 4 free using 2 $1/1 Ips and 2 $1/1 cpns that were in an All You issue (applying .75 overage from each cpn to the rest of my order)
I went back a few days later with my sister and couldn’t find them. Then a month later, low and behold, on the very bottom shelf where the EcoTools makeup tools are located, was a basket and they were still .25!! She bought 4 using her $1 coupon from All You and got them free.
If you can’t find them at WM, you might also be able to find them at Target, which I believe they’re .97 or .99.

I trashed my copons last time they had them, because I couldnt find them at WM….then the next week I found them by the Burts Bees stuff.

they have these at rite aid, last year, with an up reward deal ( in the good old days before limits) i stocked up a cabinet with all sorts of eco tools and handed them out with body wash for gifts at least a dozen times.
