I hope I can find a great deal near our home. I try to make the total as low as possible when we dine with one of these.

I have been on Restaurants.com, but never purchased anything before… how does that work when it says … $35 min purchase … is that before or after the discount?

    • Porsche

It is before the discount. If your total bill is 35.00 and your restaurant.com certificate is for 10.00 then you will pay 25.00. Some restaurants automatically add a 15-18% gratuity to the final total. The ones that do that will state so on the order page on restaurant.com. Hope this answers your question.

I am still unsure about using this certificate. Could you help? There is a $25 certificate with a min of $35 purchase and an 18% tip added before certificate use. Could I buy $30 in food and use my $5.40 tip to meet the $35 minimum? So I would pay $10.40 plus the $25 certificate? TIA

        • Kathie M

You buy the certificate say the $25 one, and take it to the store you’ll be using it at (all mine make be present it before ordering). If it states $35 min purchase you must have a food/drink purchase of at least $35 (we had $34.96 before and it was a no go to use the certificate) before tax and tip (both of which are usually added automaticly).

        • Porsche

          I agree with Katie. It must be 35 before tip is incuded, so the total would be 35 * .18 = 6.30 35 + 6.30 = 41.30 41.30 -25.00 = 16.30 oop which is still a good deal

what restaurants is the coupon for?

    • myositisco

Depends on where you are. They are local restaurants, so search by your zip.

  13. Judy S

    How do you do this?

  14. Alison

I got my e-certificate emailed to me 🙂 but I have to say, I am little disappointed. It is simply a $10 gift certificate. I was planning it out before it was emailed to me, thinking I could use it to score basically a $25 gift certificate at a local eatery, but it is simply $10. Oh well, with $10 off me and hubby’s order at Dick’s Wings for free, it makes it difficult to complain.
