What is Recyclebank?
If you’re new around here, you are probably wondering what the heck RecycleBank is!? RecycleBank partners with cities and haulers to reward households for recycling; households earn RecycleBank Points that can be used to shop at over 1,500 local and national businesses. Once you have signed up for an account, you can start earning points immediately by clicking on the “Earn Points” tab and taking quizzes. You can then use your points to purchase high value coupons for groceries and/or discounts at online stores. After signing in, click on the “Get Rewards” tab and you’ll be able to start scrolling through the rewards they have available.

I can’t figure out how to get my points for reading that document? (Glad it gave the tip about newspaper bags, can’t believe I didn’t think of it myself!)

If you opened the document with the tips, it automatically gave you 10 points. I believe there was a popup saying I was given the 10 points.

loooks like it credits after being downloaded. I’m used to a popup, so when nothing happened, I checked my point activity and the 10 pts were there as well as for the pledge.

I found another 100 points in the earn points area, under “at recyclebank”! I earned 25 points each for taking a quiz on chevy volts, saving energy, think before you trash, and something about oil changes
