Viewpoints: $5 Amazon Gift Card for 5 Reviews (New Offer)

Once again, Viewpoints is offering up an opportunity for you to earn yet another Amazon gift card (even if you participated in the recent 5 for $5 offer that I posted about last month)!
Viewpoints helps consumers make shopping decisions with the help of reviews from people like you and me. Through December 19th, you can earn a $5 Amazon.com gift card if you’re able to write 5 total qualifying reviews on viewpoints.com as outlined below…
* 3 Reviews can be in the category of your choice
* 1 Review must be in the eReader, Tablet, Headphone or GPS category
* 1 Review must be of a Laundry or Kitchen Appliance (Cleaning Supplies and Detergents do not count)
Wanna get started?
Go on over to Viewpoints and register (or login if you’re already a member) and then head over here to submit a review. You can easily search for a product that you’d like to write a review on (just remember the requirements outlined above!).
Also note that your review needs to be at least 200 characters, and all 5 reviews must be submitted by December 19th. If you do in fact write 5 qualifying reviews by 12/19, a $5 Amazon gift card will be awarded to you on December 21st. You can check out all the details here .

Quick question about the fine print; in order to qualify for the $5 Amazon card, Viewpoints states that your reviews cannot “Contain duplicate content that is copied or repeated in all comment boxes throughout the review.”
So, for those who have done this before – do you have to write a 200 word review in *each* of the comment boxes for one product? Essentially, we’d be writing a total of twenty-five, 200 word reviews for five total products. Just curious – thanks.

No, you only have to write the 200 words in the main comment box. I usually write nothing in the other two boxes.

I wrote nothing in the other boxes when they had this last time and I never received my $5 Amazon card. This time I wrote 200 word in the main box and commented in each box. I hope it works this time!

I wrote in some and not in the others and just recieved my gc today 12/17 from the last promo. So it does take a while to get it :/

I was wondering the same thing, so I contacted customer service. She said you only have to write in the main comment box. You can actually contact them also to see if you “qualified” for the gift card promotion. She told me that as well and I was emailed the gift card shortly after our conversation. (note this was for the previous promotion.

I did it last time and hadn’t received anything. I just contacted their customer support on the website and they emailed me and said that my reviews have been accepted and the gift card would be emailed today or tomorrow. You might want to contact them to see if you can get yours!

Do you have to do anything to “opt-in” to this promotion before/after you write your five reviews? Or will they automatically see you wrote five reviews in the time period for this promotion and send the credit?
