Currently, All You Reality Checkers can head on over here and fill out the simple form to possibly qualify to test new diapers! Based on your answer, you may be asked to fill out your address.

Just a heads up, just because it asks for your address doesn’t mean you will necessarily be chosen. I fill out these Reality Checkers quite often and they always ask for my address, but I only get chosen occasionally.

Same here, except I have never been chosen, and pretty much always get asked for my address.
