These go on sale at Safeway and QFC where I live (Pacific Northwest). A week or two ago a pint at Safeway was $2.50, this week at QFC they are either $2.99 or $3.99/pint, I can’t remember which.

Not too often here where I live (in Miami). Usually it’s Bryer’s or Edy’s that’s on sale. Haagen Dazs, Starbucks, Ben & Jerry’s and Blue Bell (regional ice cream) do have sales, but they’re not as frequent (and usually not BOGOs either).

No, you’re not doing it wrong. Click on the $5 off of $30 link and it will redirect you to Target’s coupons. Select the $5 off $30 coupon and search for the BOGO Haagen-Daz. You can use both coupons in one transaction too!

Target prints a 1.50 off of 3 pints after you use the buy 1 get 1 free coupon, so do 1 transaction with 2 and then do another transaction with the printed coupon and another B1G1.
