You can use the app on Facebook. Once you have it on there, you can go to your wallet and it will have “use online” or “use in store” buttons. Click use online and it will tell you where to enter the code.

It means that Wrapp thinks your facebook account is fake or a duplicate account. If you are using a duplicate account for couponing/deal purposes it thinks you are a scam artist. <> But it’s their way of keeping people from scoring multiples of the same deal.

I have 2 facebook accounts, one regular and one for freebies, I got the same message on my freebie one..it can mean the account is inactive or they think you have multiple accounts,, etc..

Do we have to use the full $5.00 GC? My order was $3 and change so free after the GC and it looked like everything was going to work but then when I got to the final checkout it said the GC isn’t valid even though it took it off of my order initially. I called Sephora and they said I have to call wrap but all I got was a VM 🙁

You have to select a friend to send a sephora 5.00 gift card to, speak with them first so they can give you the gift card number so you can use it towards your own purchase.
