Thanks for the heads up! I just signed up for a movie near me on Saturday night.
Jill says:
We had passes to see this on Tuesday evening. We didn’t get in bc they were full. However, they were nice enough to give us passes to see Parental Guidance at any AMC theatre in the area anytime 1/7/12 – 1/10/12. I thought it was very nice of them. We just went on and did some shopping while we were out.
Kara says:
How far in advance did you go? We got passes to see that Helen Hunt movie a few months ago and went 45 minutes but we could’ve walked right in at the end, but this one is more popular so I’d imagine that’s not the case.
Jill says:
Not sure when exactly we got there. When we left — after waiting in line and collecting our passes for January it was about 40 minutes before the movie started.
Meg says:
My husband and I frequently do the free movie previews. Here in Atlanta I recommend arriving one hour before showtime. That way you can get your choice of seats! And we’ve never been turned away, but it does happen, they definitely overbook. Lots of times radio stations give away free passes too. I send my husband out for snacks and I hold our spot! We just saw Les Mis on Wednesday nite – what a great show!
Carol says:
thanks for the tip! Very excited about taking my son tomorrow to see Parental Guidance.
Meli says:
So excited! Free movie date! On me! LOL
Turquoice says:
Thank you! Sent them to a friend in another state.
Jill says:
What a fabulous idea!
Alison says:
Thanks Collin! Fun, free thing to do with family this weekend!
avnva says:
does it need an rsvp code to enter to get tickets?
CJ says:
This filmed in my town. I always saw them looking for extras, but with twin toddlers…it’s too hard. Hope everyone that goes enjoys it!
Mindy says:
How do you get the reservation code?
fran says:
Anyone have to enter an RSVP code???? I can’t get past this.
Anjela says:
In my area there are screenings that require rsvp code and 1 open screening to PG.
There is also open screening to Not Fade Away but they require 30 min of driving and I have trouble seeing at night so I am gonna personally not go.
Ivette A says:
How could it not be showing in San Fransisco?!!?!
irene says:
All the ones in my town are in the burbs. Check your next closest town — Walnut Creek??
avnva says:
same here not sure what to do.
Jennifer C says:
Yay! There is actually one near me. I got 2 tickets for Saturday night. How fun! Thanks, Collin!

Nicole says:
How did you get tickets to a screening of les miserable?
Meg says:
I saw it Wedesday too – loved it. Sign up at GraceHill Media , they do a lot of movies. Theres a great thread on FatWallet that does nothing but free movie previews. We’ve done dozens and dozens of them here in Atlanta!
Nancy Porras says:
Hi Megan Thanks for the tip.Do you by any chance know if it is for the NY/NJ area as well?
Kendell says:
All those screening and NONE in Michigan!
mary says:

Asks me for an RSVP code as well. Also doesn’t list what theater in my area.
Betsy says:
I was able to easily print my passes. So excited! Thanks!
confused says:
If you click on this link http://www.gofobo.com/rsvp/landing/11611291 and than choose your city than you can print your passes without having to put in the RSVP code. I hope it helps everyone

Lauren G. says:
Thank you so much. I used it. Happy Holidays!
Chole says:
I used it !!
Tarri says:
be careful using the secret reward cards posted here or anywhere, because they are like gift cards and two people can enter it and have it applied to their order because it does not zero out until your orders is processed or shipped.
Lola says:
Right you are Tarri! My friend once did that, and she got billed for the $10 instead because someone also used it & they didn’t leave a message that they did. Do it at your own risk haha
Tarri says:
Thanks, have a screening right in my town.
crystal says:
Thanks Collin I was able to snag some in my town of Bakersfield. All the kids are excited.
Renee K. says:
Thanks. I was able to get four tickets. A nice family night.
Shanna says:
Never a showing in Richmond
Jodi says:
Perfect for my son’s birthday tomorrow! Thanks!
Renate parks says:
Thanks so much!!! My kids have been wanting to see this movie. But how do I find out which theater it’s in? It only tells me the name of the city once I got my passes
renate parks says:
Never mind. Once I went to print the tickets, the pdf file said the name of the theater. Now if I can just get my printer to work!!
Carol says:
Excited to take my son to this! He loves movies and is studying to be a film major. Thanks so much Collin for sharing this!
Kiki says:
Just got back from seeing this movie. We got lucky because the ticket printed the name of one theater and the address for another. I didnt’ know it because the theater was on the other side of town that I don’t get to much. Thankfully she let all 8 of us in. The movie was also showing earlier than the one we were scheduled to see so thankfully we got there early. There were plenty of seats and the movie was hilarious! I hope we’ll have a chance to do this again. Well worth it!
Luann says:
Thanks. This was my first time going to a screening so we went 2 hours early and left friends on line while we got food. We probably could have gone later and still got in though. It was a great movie and even better because it was FREE! Please keep posting these any chance you get!
Rebecca says:
It says:
“No free screenings are currently available. Please check again soon.
IN THEATERS EVERYWHERE ON DECEMBER 25, 2012 “
